I’ve known Richard for about 9 mths and network with him locally, he recently ran an short exercise on non-negotiable behaviours in the group, which really showed us the value of his expertise in working with and understanding teams and how to get to know what drives, encourages and more importantly discourages them from achieving and working as a team.
