I recently took my 2-year-old son to Progressive Vision Clinic, and our experience was exceptional. We were referred to the clinic due to concerns about a potential squint eye condition. From the moment we stepped in, we were met with warmth and professionalism. Doctor Fiona, from the pediatric department, was an absolute gem. She handled my son's examination with the care, patience, and expertise. Despite the challenges of examining a small child, she managed to make him feel comfortable and calm throughout the process. I highly recommend Progressive Vision Clinic to any parent seeking professional and compassionate care for their child. Thank you, Doctor Fiona and all the Team!

Referred here following eye exam at Specsavers Bray for a follow up check. Fantastic and spotless clinic, really can't fault any of the facilities there. Easy to access from Stillorgan Luas stop for those not driving there. Staff I met (receptionist, nurse & Dr Mark Cahill) were all very friendly and explained the eye exam procedures in a way I could understand and really put me at ease as I had never visited an ophthalmology clinic before. Would recommend to anyone needing any of their extensive services listed on their website

Never have I come across such incompetence. Oops! they don't have my booking, despite being confirmed. And they have the audacity to deliver the bad news with the biggest smile. No alternative offered. Waste of an afternoon. Useless crowd.

Great eye clinic! Some key points of my visit: - Easy access to the clinic and they send you instructions over email; - Very friendly girls in the reception (in person & over the phone); - Everything very clean & organized; - A really kind optometrist (Emma) did my tests before seeing doctor Mohamed, I was nervous as I recently had an eye injury and she was really good in calming me down and guiding me through all the procedures. - Really appreciate that as I had traumatic experiences before; - Doctor Mohamed was also great & really informative about my situation; - Their website is also very informative and I researched a lot for eye clinics and haven’t found anything with the same standards as this one. If I have any eye issues will definitely come back and recommended to my work colleagues too!

I have been a patient of Mr Mark Cahill and his staff at Progressive Vision for approximately ten years. I am aged now in my eighties and suffer from Macular degeneration in both my eyes, wet macular degeneration in my right eye and dry macular degeneration in my left eye. Due to my failing eyesight I require an injection in my right eye approximately every month to maintain my normal vision. I also require two reviews annually to ensure the treatment is working properly and my eyesight in either eye is not deteriorating. I have found throughout my treatment the team at Progressive Vision led by Mr Mark Cahill, very friendly and easily approachable, all questions are answered in a clear uncomplicated fashion and readily understood. I am very impressed by the efficiency and cohesion of the team, the advanced technology in use and being able to follow what is happening to my eyes I can recommend Progressive Vision for their overall approach. I first attended Progressive Vision in Nov.'20. I was put on a course of eye drops to reduce eye pressure before Mr. Cahill carried out cataract removal on both eyes in Jun.'21 and Sept.'21. Subsequently I have attended for post-operation check-up and regular reviews up to the current time. In March this year while in Spain I was diagnosed as having a tear in the retina of my right eye and while the emergency procedure was carried out in a Spanish Hospital, I got wonderful support over the telephone from Progressive Vision. My total experience with Progressive Vision has been superb particularly as I a very nervous patient in medical settings !

During the initial examinations and in both operations, what I experienced was a consistently high standard of professionalism and pastoral care. It is commonplace to speak of 'modern miracles', but that is what this particular medical intervention feels like to me, as it restored the 'forty shades of green' that my eyes had simply stopped registering.
