Trust me. Do not work with this fraudulent company. The communication is abysmal. Any question/concern you ask them AFTER the sale is made will not be answered. They were late every single step of the way on the manufacturing process, (sample, labeling, and delivery). They also told me false information about the primary ingredient in my product and never fixed or corrected the issue. I had to dig to find out this information it was never portrayed to me until after I expressed my concerns. The company is downsizing, they cut costs every way they can, and are the middle man. Just find the supplement manufacturer with a quick google search like I have and save yourself the upcharge. After COUNTLESS mistakes and many chances given, I would never recommend my worst enemy to work with this company. STAY AWAY.

I have worked with a few other suppliers in the past - things would start okay but quickly would get bad when I needed to reach them. Spotty communication (avoiding me) and incorrect shipping ETAs became a HUGE problem. I have to say that Private Label Express has proven to me that this isn't how they operate - they are super responsive to my calls and emails and I always know what's going on with my order. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend!
