Hi Courtney here!! I’d like to say how grateful I and for Tom since I started working with him he’s helped me increase my credit score significantly!!! I wouldn’t be able to get approved for the house I’ve been dreaming of if it wasn’t for Tom’s help!! Highly recommend!!! I highly recommend Tom and his team for any of your credit repairing needs. They actually know what they are doing and care about doing it in a timely manner. The whole plan was gone over in detail with me as to how we were going to achieve a better score and what steps needed to be taken. If I could give 10 stars for Tom and his team I would. I would tell anyone to feel comfortable when reaching out to Prime Credit Advisors about your situation and know that you are in good hands.

I initially had some concerns about this company's services when I did not receive an update on the work they were doing to fix my credit. However, when I reached out to follow up, I received excellent customer service from Tom. In which he showed me I was mistaken. Tom was very understand and apologetic about the lack of communication and offered to thoroughly review my account and all the steps they had taken on my behalf. He patiently explained each item they had disputed, negotiated, and corrected. Thanks to his help, I now have a much better understanding of the progress they have made and the improvements to my credit report. I am grateful that Tom took the time to address my concerns and walk me through the details. I can now see that they have done quality work on my account. My credit score has improved significantly under their care. Overall, I'm pleased with the results and improvements they've achieved. The company seems dedicated to truly fixing errors and issues as opposed to just trying to make a quick buck. And at least one employee, Tom, provides courteous and thoughtful customer service. I would recommend giving them a try if you need help disputing issues and correcting your credit report accurately.

I have been having problems with my credit for a few years now and after getting denied for a home equity line of credit, the loan officer recommended I speak to Tom Tarkowski at Prime Credit Advisors. I called and it was easy to set up phone appointment and they made it easy to send Tom my information. He called me promptly at the time of my appointment and we spoke in depth regarding my situation. He reviewed my credit report and asked about each credit line to get a clear understanding of what was going on with me. He took his time to explain the process and how he was going to be able to help me. More importantly he gave me his honest opinion without asking me to sign up for the service. Tom is very patient and really knows what he is talking about. He made me feel secure in that my credit would be improved upon and with his help I hope to be able to get that loan I wanted to fix my house in the next 6-12 moths. I highly recommend Tom Tarkowski and Prime Credit Advisors.

After doing a bit of research on who to call (BBB and looking at reviews for real ones, not the purchased/fakes) I came across Prime Credit Advisors Called in to set up an appointment and was able to speak to an advisor right away. Tom was very bright, helpful, and solution based. He did not come off as doom and gloom/chicken little esque as I expected these types of consulters would be After briefly discussing my debt, it turns out I'm not as bad off as I thought. We spent about 30-45 minutes going over my options and coming up with a plan for a few different situations. I walked into this expecting to spend at least some money on a consult, instead I have a bit more faith in the world. Cannot recommend Tom at Prime Credit Advisors enough. My experience they showed empathy, professionalism, and integrity.

I had an opportunity to speak with Tom regarding my credit score increase. He reviewed and understood my case well and came up with possible solutions how we can increase the score in less time given that I had near urgency. He was very knid and patience answering all my questions . Thanks Tom

Tom did a great job for me. A year ago I was lost and had no idea where to even start with these credit bureaus. Some how for the past 20 years all three credit bureau have been confusing my father and I as the same person and have been reporting everything incorrectly blocking me from being able to even get a mortgage loan. Finally I decided to give Tom's team a chance and they did not disappoint getting all of my credit reports corrected. Truly appreciate the work and effort he put into my case I honestly don't know what I would have done if I hadn't come across this company. I’ve been using Prince credit advisors and Tom for 11 years now for all my Clients, friends and family. I trust him and I highly recommend him. They know what you need to buy a house, that is the most important thing, and every time I asked him to help one of my clients they always come through.

Tom in this company has scammed me, Prime Credit Advisors. I paid $1500 to get my credit fixed. I am a Young, Successful, Black woman who didn't have any credit knowledge, and he took advantage of that. At first, my credit was in the 750s after they added their trade line to help me get the 750 credit score. After, I kept getting alerts on Identity Q and credit karma that someone was doing theft on my account, my numbers started dropping. I have reached out to Tom many times to ask questions for help because, as I stated, I'm Young, Black, and successful with no credit knowledge, so he used that to take advantage. How did my credit go from the 750s to back to where it started in the 600s? Now I have to get my lawyer involved. They really scammed me. I don't recommend this company. I should have known they weren't legit when I couldn't even see them face-to-face. Also, the credit line that they added to help rebuild my credit was removed, so they scammed me, took my money, and took advantage. Now I have to get a lawyer involved. I was eager to learn how to build my credit. In our first conversation, you were overtalking me and kept cutting me off, not allowing me to talk. You were very arrogant and unprofessional. For you to say I was demanding and had an attitude that was a complete lie, I trusted you with my credit to help me. That's what I paid for, and for you to even make up something to justify why you were scamming me doesn't seem right. The first time you went in and took out a credit card without my consent, I reached out to you regarding that. Why would you even authorize a credit card without notifying me first? That was the first red flag. Now I'm getting many fraud alerts from IdentityQ, saying multiple cards have been taken out. Also, you removed the trade line off my credit that I paid $1500 for, so who's scamming.... You of course. You thought I was dumb & naive in that you could just get over and take advantage, but not going to work with this one. You and your company scammed me. You took my money and will be paying for it. I hate that I trusted you and your company. I will take further action. Have a blessed day, scammer. Don't trust this company if you are reading this feedback.

My experience with Prime Credit Advisors was wonderful! Tom Tarkowski really helped me get my credit up in 2 weeks so I can afford to buy a home. He was thorough and precise and was able to explain the process in great detail. I was really happy with the service provided. I definitely recommend coming to them for help. I have called this place to try and get help , quite a few times , left messages. Not one time did anyone answer and no return calls after messages left. 😕I guess my money is no good here. I will give it to someone else.
