Shavina was her usual amazing self, nothing was too much for her. She’s a total professional, provides you with exceptional advice based on your needs, with her it’s not all about money in the till!!! My wife, daughter and son all frequently visit Pretty Perfect and as a result of their positive experiences I have started to pamper myself too! As an old school bloke, don’t knock self care until you’ve experienced it - you’ll feel and see the difference! You really can’t go wrong with Shavina and her team as they really go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved on every occasion!

The staff is consistently warm and welcoming, and their expertise never fails to leave my skin glowing and refreshed. Neha is an angel! She offers top-notch service with a personal touch.
