Our family has always been loyal to GMC, and we had a wonderful experience when we lived in Chandler. Once we moved to Tucson and purchased our Yukon from Royal GMC we had a HORRIBLE experience. We switched to Toyota to buy a new Land Cruiser. Our experience with Precision Toyota has been wonderful, Nathan is extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Best salesman ever!

:Being an older dude, I bought my first new vehicle in 1968….since then, including motorhomes (3), I’ve purchased at least 13 new vehicles. My recent experience at Precision Toyota was absolutely stellar. I had the luck to work with Sean Welch, a sales manager. He was amazing, from searching to find the precise vehicle I wanted, getting it in a rather short time, and keeping me informed of progress….and even more so since I can be a real pain in the butt sometimes. By far this was the absolute best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone involved in the process, from Antonio who was patient with me explaining things and setting up the tech to Monica, (F&I) who patiently explained various options to me regarding warranties. I’ve also regularly used the service department for another Toyota I have, and sadly had to use their collision center when some joker rear ended me at a light. The service department has been great as has the collision center. I would highly recommend this dealership. No games, straight forward, easy to deal with. Ask for Sean if you want a new Toyota. He’s the man!

I received a text stating my parts were in and to call to schedule an appointment. When I finally was able to get passed the automated system, the guy who answered had no idea I was calling to schedule service, and kept talking over me when I tried to ask questions to ensure all my parts were in. I couldn't take it anymore and hung up the phone. I'll start going to Desert Toyota for service even though it's way out of my way. Nobody at Precision had any idea what's happening and they literally do not bother to read their own notes! Yikes!

They've changed their customer service. The phone line goes into never ending holds and no one answers the phone or provides timely call backs. For a simple repair my truck got passed between 3 different advisors and different techs. A 2-4 hour repair turned into a 4 day fiasco. Place has gone downhill

Nathan, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the business and the car, was NOT pushy at all, he listened to what I was looking for, he set me at ease and was delightful to work with! David in finance was equally delightful, his work in the service department was very helpful to me! I would recommend Precision Toyota to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. My experience was 5 star!

Edwin, Anmar, and David were all good guys who didn’t waste my wife and I’s time. Edwin accommodated us perfectly and made us feel very happy with our service and purchase due to his attentiveness. Anmar in financing was amazing and made the process extremely smooth and easy when we got into the room to talk to him. Overall couldn’t recommend these 3 guys enough to help you buy your next car.

2025 Review 2 Stars on Sales I was at the dealership having maintenance service done. I had time on my hands and I had been looking to purchase a Corolla. I walked up to a salesperson outside and I started a conversation. I asked him about the Corolla sedan he said I don’t have any on the lot. I noticed a white Corolla RS hatchback and I said well what about this car right here it’s the right color. I didn’t see no movement of him introducing himself or getting me information about the car. I again stated this one is the right color and maybe a hatchback will work. Again, no movement on a sale started. I ask this time I wonder how this hatchback sits and is hatchback are roomy. He said it sits like the rest of the Corollas and yeah it’s roomy. Never did he make a movement to ask if I wanted to sit in the car or let me go get the keys and help my name is… I just gave up and walked away shaking my head. What did I need to do stomp my foot and say get the keys! 2025 Review on Paint and Auto body 5 stars I had to have my truck painted and Toyota paint and body did a great job. I even had a question on a clip coming off the window seal. They took the keys from me drove it real quick back to the paint shop had the clip put right. They came back quick and I left happy. 2018 Review 5 Stars I bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma and have taken my truck in to service center twice. I am giving two stars because service staff is inconsistent and I don't feel they communicate with customer openly. You will see some service staff give coupons for a free pastry and in my case I get none. I leave my truck with them for two days and my truck didn't get a vaccine or a wash. I than see other cars did. Than when you ask them about your problems you took your truck in for they say it's normal we consulted with Toyota and that is the answer? They should open your hood point to what they are explaining. If customer service gets consistent I will easily raise my stars up but right now you get two stars. UPDATE: I have raised my rating. I finally got great service by a service person named Levi. He was very attentive and acted on my needs. I serviced my vehicle and left, and guess what two days later Levi calls me stating he reviewed my paperwork and found a cabin air filter was not changed and was supposed to be part of service. I took it back to service department and Levi took it back and changed it himself. I would have never been the wiser so thanks Levi for being honest. See how one quality person and act can make a difference.

Ask for Tyler, seriously! He is amazing. Very knowledgeable about Toyota and their offerings, super friendly and was genuinely committed to helping us through the process from start to finish. I take my Toyota for service and precision Toyota provides a great service and on my last visit on April 30, 2025 Angel Martinez was very helpful . Thanks I also took my Toyota Tacoma to Precision Toyota Body shop in Tucson for repairs, It was a great pleasure from the first day, customer service was great, the work was done timely and to the perfection. I've spoken with Dolly and Owen at Precision Toyota, and they've both been super helpful! Although we did not purchase a vehicle, Dolly reached out and followed up with me and my fiancé's car-purchasing experience. In addition, Dolly provided some information on potential car shippers for us as we had opted-in into purchasing a certified-used vehicle and another Toyota dealership in a few states away. We came in on Friday afternoon to browse for vehicles, but I had also gone to the parts department to purchase 2 touch-up paints for my 2014 Scion iQ and the vehicle my fiancé is purchasing, a 2016 Scion iM. Greatly satisfied with my experience with the customer service at Precision Toyota. Will definitely be coming here when I need to work on my vehicles.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Michael in sales and David in finance. From the moment I walked in, I was highly impressed with their personal approach and genuine demeanor. Unlike every other dealership experience I’ve had in the past, there was absolutely no pressure or hard sales tactics — just honest conversations and real listening. Michael made the entire process feel easy and comfortable, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed without ever pushing me toward something I didn’t want. David in finance was just as amazing — transparent, professional, and made sure every detail was clear. This was by far the most relaxed and positive car-buying experience I've ever had. I made an appointment for a routine oil change, showed up on time was told they were running behind and it may take 2 to 2-1/2 hours. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes. Why make an appointment? Very disappointing, complete disregard for the value of my time.
