I came in genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle, but instead of being treated like a serious buyer, I was dismissed and made to feel like I couldn’t afford the car. Not only was this insulting, it showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for potential customers. Regardless of someone’s appearance or assumptions, every person deserves to be treated with courtesy and fairness. I ended up taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly suggest others do the same if they value being treated with dignity.
Went to view a car, drove an hour to get there. When I asked for a drive test, they said you can only drive it when you buy the car. What type of dealership is this. How can I buy a car without knowing if it drives as it should and if it has no issues. They are definitely hiding something. Avoid this place!!! Don’t travel to this place , it will be a waste of journey!!
I haven’t brought a vehicle from this company but I have had a positive interaction with this company and would like to share my experience. I had a parcel delivered incorrectly to the address by mistake. The gentlemen working at the company promptly contacted me to let me know about the mistake. They kept my parcels to one side until I could collect and helped me load them into the car when I arrived. I am really grateful for their honesty and help in this situation, so thank you !
Good experience and friendly people, only problem was the actual car itself. bought a 2016 fiesta and on the drive home i heard a squeaking noise coming from the wheel, ended up being the front brakes. that cost 600£. car needed loads of little bits like new wipers, new headlights and new number plate lights. just 2 weeks after that the turbo blew up whilst i was driving it. Just avoid this place if you can.
Terrible experience – avoid at all costs!
We had an engine light come on within 24 hours of purchasing the car. When we called the office, we were told we’d have to pay for the car to be towed back two hours, even though it wasn’t drivable. Nas was incredibly rude and argumentative throughout the process—to the point where my partner was in tears, and I had to take over dealing with him.
It turned out the car needed a timing chain replacement, and just days later, the fuse board also needed replacing. Spending over £1,000 fixing a car we’d just bought with only 90k miles is far from ideal.
I left a review at the time, but somehow it’s no longer visible. Absolutely shocking service and quality. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Bought my 4 series from here a couple of months ago. Emailed late on a Friday evening and Nas replied straight back out of hours, and had the car ready for viewing and test drive the following morning.
The whole process was unpressured, and polite. I’m very picky with my cars with history of working in the trade; Nas got the service, and other small bits I noticed sorted, printed me a set of new plates for my personalised reg, all included for point of sale with no hassle.
Had the car in BMW for a recall this week (no fault of Nas/prestige), and obviously had a full main dealer health check included where everything passed at top marks. Service advisor at sytner also complimented the car and its condition.
Faultless service would highly recommend!
They certainly know their cars, as they asnwered all the questions I had. Also all the cars looked in great condition and spotless inside and out. The salesman was courteous and displayed the true definition of customer service. I recommend that anyone looking for a car should definitely go here
my Audi A4, cambelt and water pump needed to be changed I'm very picky when it comes to garages and I was told about this place by a friend BC they deal with a lot of high end cars. The staff were super helpful and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, they even provided me with a courtesy car so I can travel to work. My car was done by the end of the day and the job came with a car wash 😁.
Highly recommended place will be definitely returning in the future.👍
