He drained our old hot tub to prepare for the arrival of the new tub. The new hot tub performs well, and it was made to custom order at a reasonable price. Kevin provided excellent instructions for start-up and educated my husband and me on the use of chemicals. He is always a phone call away and responds in a timely manner. When an installation problem arose, he was diligent in ensuring everything was corrected promptly. I had previous experience with another company, and in comparison, the service at Premium Spas & Billiards made me feel like a valued customer. I recommend Kevin Drew for your spa and billiards needs.

We purchased a J495 hot tub a couple years ago. Sales and delivery process was fine but service is the absolute worst. We have had to have the waterfall light replaced several times and some of the other lights went out as well very soon after purchasing. You have to hound them repeatedly to get them to send a service person out. They have made appointments and nobody comes out. They have lied and said service people came out on certain days when we have a security camera and can see that nobody was ever there. We had to have the cover replaced last fall and the cover they brought doesn't seem to fit properly, they didn't install the clips to hold it in place and there is a space between the tub and the cover so the water is evaporating and the ground is wet around the back of the tub from the steam coming out. The water level keeps going down. I have been emailing, calling and leaving messages and texting photos to them for several months now and nobody will respond to me. They charged us over $1000 for this cover and I am so fed up with having to hound them and just being ignored for months. Our corner panel recently became detached from the clip that holds it on. It looks like the clip was nailed to the panel, but the nails were bent sideways and it had been glued. So it looks like there was some damage before we even bought this. Now the glue dried up and it's falling off. If you're looking for a spa, run from this place, they are awful.

If I could give negative stars, this company would receive as many as possible! We purchased our spa in December of 2022. When they came out to install the spa, we were told that the cover that comes with the unit was out of stock and they provided us with a used cover to use until ours was in. Fast forward over 3 YEARS LATER and we have STILL NOT received our cover. The used cover that they provided to us had pin holes in when they installed it now has rips in it allowing rain water to go directly into our $20,000 spa! I have called NUMEROUS times over the last 3 years speaking to NUMEROUS different employees being lied to OVER AND OVER that our cover is on order and will be in within a month. If you are looking for a spa, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

First time buyer of a billiard table and I knew nothing. Justin greeted me warmly when I came into the store and was very helpful in explaining the different sizes and styles available. He helped with checking availability on the styles I liked and reviewing finishes. He made the ordering process easy! The timeframe from ordering to installing was only about 3 weeks which I thought was pretty quick and worked well for my timeline. The installers were on time, efficient, pleasant, and professional. They did a terrific job assembling the table. We are very happy with the product and the service we got at Premium Spas & Billiards. Great customer service! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a pool table or spa.

Mr. Kevin Drew made my hot tub dreams come true! Went over affordable options, didn’t rush the sale one bit, my husband and I had a wonderful time getting to know him actually. He was extremely personable, funny, kind, and generous…he gave us a GREAT…and I truly mean GREAT deal on a fabulous hot tub! Would sincerely recommend this establishment to everyone in the area. This is THE spot for spas and hot tubs. I wish Kevin all the success and happiness a person like him deserves and I can’t wait to see him again to show us how to use our hot tub when it comes in!

We recently purchased a Finnleo traditional outdoor sauna from Premium Spas & Billiards and would highly recommend them. We are very happy with our sauna! Justin was great from start to finish, helping with all of our questions along the way, as well as actually building and installing the sauna himself (with his partner). They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Me and my son went in this morning it was on a Sunday and he was doing paperwork for a sale so I new he wasn’t going to have time for me I always try to support family owned businesses I just wasn’t munch interested in Jacuzzi products so I signed all the paperwork for another top brand but I will keep them in mind for maybe a purchase on a pool table though

Wanted to leave a review about what a positive seamless experience we had with Premium Spas and Billiards. We are first time hot tub owners and needed a lot of guidance, but from the first time we stepped onto the showroom floor, Justin treated us like a friend, answered all of our questions, and helped us order the perfect Jacuzzi for our home. The installation process quick and professional (the electrician they work with is also excellent) and they have remained available and very responsive to our questions afterwards. Highly recommend.

Justin & Patty are dynamic pros that understand how to take care of customers. Bought tub from PS & B 8 months ago. Immediate response to a text after business hours answering questions concerning chemicals. You just can’t beat that 1st class care & service. They make the difference! Highly recommend this professional team & spa company. The best of the rest, hands down. Fast forward to 9/25 service request. Justin had Patty schedule Andrew to our house. Discovered water seeping through hole that holds head rest to tub and replaced jet paddle. Was also proactive to order another part under warranty in the spirit of preventative maintenance. Effectively, unnecessary. Had even forgotten about it until another call from Patty to schedule substitute. Andrew was most informative, capable and insightful. The entire PS & B team is simply fantastic, professional and truely care about customer service & satisfaction.

Justin and Charlie were fantastic. They were very helpful in selecting the perfect tub and then they addressed my biggest worry about getting on my deck. When our builders didn’t coordinate as well as hoped and built the deck without ensuring an easy way to lift the tub, Justin and Charlie sent a larger crew to get it up even though it was at a steep angle. Justin was also extremely responsive to our many initial questions when we first got the tub. He would respond to our texts, phone calls etc. and was very knowledgeable. The set up crews were all very friendly and accommodating. We absolutely love our tub and are super appreciative and highly recommend this shop for it outstanding service.

My husband and I were interested in exploring low-impact cardio options and began looking into swim spas. I came across an ad on Facebook Marketplace from Premium Spas & Billiards in Fairfax, VA, posted by Justin. From my first message, Justin was knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Initially, my husband and I agreed we would not make a purchase that day, but after meeting Justin in person and seeing the products, we decided on the Platinum Spas Helios Swim Spa—a model that combines a hot tub with a current pool. Because we wanted to build a room around the spa, the project became more complex, involving plans, permits, excavation, and construction. Throughout the process, Justin stayed in close contact and patiently answered countless questions. Premium Spas also held our unit for nearly a year until we were ready for delivery, which was greatly appreciated. Delivery itself was impressive. Rick and his crew expertly maneuvered the 2,500-lb spa into a prepared foundation with professionalism, care, and efficiency. Once installed and connected, Justin personally provided an orientation on the controls and water care. His clear guidance made it easy to learn and manage the system with confidence. We have now been using the spa for several months, even as the surrounding room construction continues, and it has exceeded expectations. It provides both an excellent workout and the relaxation of a hot tub. Our entire family has enjoyed it. Customer service has also been exceptional. Patricia is always available for chemical supplies, and when I noticed a potential issue with water pooling, a technician was promptly dispatched and resolved the problem immediately. While the investment was significant, it has proven to be entirely worthwhile. Our home now feels like a private retreat. The Platinum Spas Helios Swim Spa is a fantastic product, and I would highly recommend Premium Spas & Billiards in Fairfax for both their products and their outstanding support. I’ll add better photos when the addition is complete!

If you are looking for a top-notch hot tub, you need not look any further - after conducting my market research, Jacuzzi is the best out there. Premium Spas & Billiards in Fredericksburg, VA provided great customer service! The installation team was very professional! Kevin is the Store Manager and the Sales Representative that sold me my Jacuzzi. He is courteous, professional, well-mannered, and very knowledgeable about the Jacuzzi product. The technician, Tim, went over the details and engineering of my Jacuzzi and is available if anything should go wrong - Jacuzzi offers a 5-year warranty, so I have peace of mind that if any issues or problems arise, Tim will take care of me.
