Unfortunately the bifold doors we had fitted are a nightmare !!
They swell
In the heat therefore cannot open the door !
Also the glass gets very hot when the suns out I’m sure this is not normal !!
Make sure you know what your getting before you buy and check everything once it’s been fitted !!

We are sorry to learn that you’re dissatisfied with the installation carried out few years ago. It appears that the issue with opening / closing the door could be caused by misalignment, that often happens if the doors are used frequently, and are installed into the new opening, just like in this case.
It can easily be rectified by our skilful engineer, however as pointed out on site , when the builders were carrying out the works in your property ,the bottom of the frame (the track) was heavily filled with debris and this could also lead to issues. We can also check if the argon gas is still present in the glass units, as we have installed Pilkington’s A rated , toughened units.
Please make full payment for the installation that was completed in October 2021, as the balance is outstanding till this date. We will be happy to waive the interest that incurred over the years.
We will then be more than happy to book free of charge site visit to adjust the hinges and help with any parts replacement if those are worn out, as these types of services are carried out under our 10 years guarantee.

Brilliant service from local windows supplier Premier. Patiently re-visited to double check measurements, then did a prompt, excellent job fitting one hinged casement uPVC window with two panes into a rebuilt loft dormer and making good. Fitters went the extra mile to source and install a wooden window board of appropriate width and depth as well. Good, painstaking work. Thank you very much, Terry and team!

We set Premier Windows a difficult challenge - to replace an old kitchen lobby door, with a built-in fan duct. Jason did a terrific job - it not only keeps the warmth in but looks far better than it ever did. And done quickly, on the agreed day. Brilliant!

It's been over 3 months now, and wish I'd had my large bay windows replaced 3 years ago as warmth definitely improved.
All the people are great to deal with. When you see your home with the old windows removed you realise what a big job this is; thankfully the finished result are professionally finished and look smart. Definitely recommend.

We had 3 uPVC windows replaced in our flat. The fitters were on time, friendly, hard working and had the job done in no time. The quality of windows and the fitting and finishing were excellent, and the price very competitive. We have had some challenges with other companies in the past but Premier Windows were professional and had a really high standard of product and service throughout. We would definitely recommend.

We chose Premier Windows as they were local to us and I thought it would be good to support a local independent business. The process of getting a quote was good as the office team were quick to respond. The guy who came round to measure arrived on time and on the date we arranged. All went well and seemed very knowledgeable. Price was reasonable. I felt confident at this stage to go with them so placed an order.
The windows arrived on the date arranged and were correct. The disappointing and frustrating part of the process was the installation. They were installed but left without completing the job. The installers had to return and it was then completed to a satisfactory standard only after pointing things out to them.
I have since received the FENSA certificate for the installation. So happy with process overall apart from the installation.

I had windows done by Premier Windows recently. I really like their professional approach, high quality product and reasonable prices. I used their photo quote option from the website and they actually contacted me within 24 hours (very impressed)! Premier's team is very friendly without pushy salesmen, this was the factor that made me place an order with them. definitely would recommend to any one.
P.S. the installers hovered the flat after their work and left no mess, top guys. :)

I put a detailed review on TrustPilot but in summary: poor quality installation, incorrect items to those requested, work not fully completed and now new replacement bills to foot as customer. Would recommend doing more research on other options before choosing these guys. Caveat emptor.

We regret that you are dissatisfied with the installation that was carried out by Premier Windows.
We carefully reviewed your contract and products installed and it is very unfortunate that the contract was signed without care and attention. The quotation stage, as well as the order agreement duly signed by you clearly states in two places that the French doors will be opening towards the outside of the property.
It was requested in the e-mail thread between yourself and our colleague Natalia that this and other details are carefully checked prior signing, as you have requested few other amendments to be made to the contract.
Natalia also advised that you should get in touch with her should you need help in understanding the order agreement, as we have no intention, and we would not gain any benefits in installing doors that opening direction is different than to the one desired by the client.
Our processing team can and will only order products signed off by the client. The contract is clear, and in no way misleading.
We found your review to be misguiding to any potential clients, as you have benefited with completed to a high standard installation of four other top quality, A rated products in your property, that were signed off by you and have no sign of fault.
Our small team here at Premier Windows take pride in the work they’re appointed to carry out, and treat every client individually and with care , as you could experience when contacting out team over the weekend when the office is closed.
