I was very impressed. From start to finish everyone was very helpful and professional.
Quote was simple to comprehend, booking for document collection was arranged on a convenient day and they advised that the driver would phone when he was 1 hour away.
Received phone call as promised and van arrived punctually.
The 2 collection guys Danny & Tim were brilliant, very personable and efficient, loaded everything onto the van in less than 5 minutes.

Great service from Tim Connors. It was torrential rain when he arrived but that did not stop him helping us to bring the bags upstairs and then taking all 17 to his van on his own! Very polite, happy and smiley chap! He even made sure we had some more bags to fill. We’ll definitely be back in touch when we have filled the next lot of bags up! Tim Conners just came to pick up all our shredding in the pouring rain. He told me to go back in and he will finish up as there is no point in us both getting soaked.
