Speedy and efficient service at a very reasonable price. I phoned on Friday pm with 14 sacks ready for collection and they were gone, with no hassle, by lunchtime Monday.
Driver Jason H was very courteous and helpful.

Customer service provided by Barbie and Jason who collected our bags and IT for recycling today is impeccable. Jason was polite and friendly and efficient. We’ll be using this service again.

We called Premier Shredding and found them helpful and extremely responsive. They were happy to collect file boxes that had been archived at my home for 15 years. A conspicuous, larger competitor of Premier’s preferred to insist that we waste time and cost with transportation to our offices a few miles away for collection there, despite access to my drive actually being better.
On arrival our allotted driver was a gentleman called Max and he was equally personable but professional. All in all a good service that we will now switch all our shredding needs to from ‘the faceless others’. 6 stars if I could. Thank you Premier.

Really really impressed by this company. Called on the day, in advance of arriving, then turned up with a few minutes of the time they said, very courteous driver, Steve (took note of the neighbour's trees when reversing!), 9 boxes picked up and loaded really quickly, and at a great price. Very very happy to endorse, without reservation.

From Barbie through Henry to Scott all provided an excellent and good value service. A mini confusion about the collection point was rapidly rectified.

My whole experience of using Premier Shredding in Bristol was a delight. The company spoke to me in a friendly and very helpful manner. I am expecting a collection but I have no doubt that this will happen in a professional way. The price that I was quoted was very competitive and I will not hesitate to use them again.
