I had my 2009 BMW 550i serviced back in January, and had a pleasant experience. Right after the vehicle was purchased, we noticed it was leaking coolant and I decided to bring it in to Premier Eurocars. The thing I liked the most is the fact that they took their time and pressure tested the cooling system after replacing the leaking expansion tank; which revealed weak rubber hoses. If they hadn't, I would probably have brought the vehicle back again at some point, or worse yet, be stuck with leaky hoses with an immobile vehicle. To cut it short, great people to work with. I'll feel very comfortable to have them service my vehicle in the future. Thank you!

Let's just say the Mercedes-benz dealership quoted me almost same price they did. So its a no brainer I took my car back to the dealership. But from the few interactions I had with the staff they seem very professional and welcoming. But if your shop is across the street from a MB dealership you should at least compete with their rates.
