Thank you for the feedback. It was a pleasure to work through what was required for this job and then complete it to everyone's satisfaction.
Sam's team did a great job onsite, however, I wish I could say Sam was lovely to deal with. We were a bit disappointed with the billing practices of this company. We were charged for labour that was either not performed or grossly overestimated, the invoice reflected several hours of work that simply didn't happen.
Transparency and honesty are essential in any business, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I would strongly caution others to double-check their invoices before paying.

Thank you for feedback Ally, and I’m sorry you feel like I wasn’t pleasant to deal with. The job was quoted for - per your request - then completed to a high standard - as your review states - and the agreed price was invoiced, as standard for quotes.
Sam was invited to assess two enormous Liquid Amber trees that were lifting concrete and interfering with pipes. We were given very professional advise and recommended to contact council for their approval. With consent granted, Sam was efficient in both trees removal and clean up. I was impressed with his knowledge of the trees on our property and with his advice on what appropriate tree to replace the ones removed. We have planted a wonderful Fuji Cherry Tree. Sam will be continuing to keep an eye on the established trees we have with pruning every 2 years of the Cherry trees.
Sam communicates promptly and is flexible in making appointments to meet on site to discuss and clarify what is required.
Sam is proactive and will give professional advice regarding best outcomes for maintaining tree health.
Sam confirms date and time of when he and his team will be on site.
He is punctual, provides the service discussed and ensures site is returned clear and clean of debris.
Billing is as discussed with no surprises .
We have used Sam over many years and value his expertise and professional service and would recommend him to others needing a quality service .
Precision was a joy to work with from start to finish. Gareth came out to check out the tree we needed to take down the same day I called and followed up with a quote afterwards. He offered really good advice and the team was able to come the following week to do the work - which they did super quickly, to quote and left the place immaculate!

Sam and his crew went way above the call of duty in our eyes..they had a massive job in cutting down several trees on our property..cleaned everything up then ground the tree stums below ground level.
