We used their service and ahmed was the technician. He was great, explained everything perfectly pertaining to the duct cleaning and did a great job as well.

If you need duct cleaning, call and ask for Hady. He provides clear and reliable explanations, and you will receive an estimate promptly. Joshua, the technician, arrived early and worked diligently. We were completely satisfied with the service and found the price to be very reasonable.

Sebastian arrived on time. He was very efficient and attention to detail. He did the best job comparing to the services I had before from three other companies. Will definitely use their service in future

After no-showing twice, rebooked for a third time, but was promised discount to make up for the experience. Arrived late the third time. Technician did not arrive with materials to do the job. (Could not cover my air returns as the magnetic covers were too small and didn’t not have an alternate solution other than to cut up some paper and tape over? Didn’t even have tape with him). Did not cover vents in the basement at all while blowing out the lines. Discount not applied, manager unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Darwyn Power Vac Ontario was on time and technicians were very pleasant and knowledgeable. A thorough job and cleanup were also performed professionally. We were very happy with our Technician and with Power Vac Duct Cleaning in general.

They were very thorough and efficient. The serviceman was polite and respectful. I got a few quotes and they came in the lowest for the services that I needed. I wasn't happy that they only take debit card, and charge extra to pay with credit. It would be nice if they would at least take cash, as sometimes there is a charge to use debit card if the machine is not from my bank.

Great work, Technician arrived early and gave us recommendations. He did an awesome job.
