Justin from power supply has been amazing with supporting through my backyard project. All the employees have been super knowledgeable and really help guide me. I couldn’t have been happier with there products and they also have been really accommodating with getting all my materials on time 👍🏼
I started going to here recently to purchase materials for my jobsites. But I will never be back here as the guy behind the counter was completely rude. After paying for my materials, he found out I had a van proceeded to charge me another $10 in cash. I basically said what’s the difference between my van and a pick up truck and he told me if I didn’t like it to go find another yard.. No problem there’s plenty of other Mason yards in the area Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place yards

The $10 charge you mentioned is for a special loading service when materials are placed into a van it requires switching equipment and extra care to prevent damage. This fee has been in place since we opened and applies anytime that service is used. Most yards don’t offer it, but we provide it as a convenience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The guy was Very unprofessional! The guy that was working in the front couldn’t do simple math to calculate how much pavers I needed for the job. Then he cursed at me when I told him the truth that he doesn’t know simple math. Every other supply I went to they were able to easily calculate how much pavers I needed. Most of these 5 star reviews are bots I’m 100% sure!
Walked in to ask about stone around a outdoor kitchen. I asked about 3 different numbers on the wall and was given the names. The next time I went back I asked a younger guy at the counter two questions at which time he treated me as if he couldn’t be bothered and that I was an idiot. He then proceeded to tell me that he was the boss. I let him know that his customer service was atrocious and unacceptable. He just shrugged his shoulders at me and just walked away. I would never recommend this place nor would I buy a single pebble from them.

You were confident that the sample in question was from QuarryCut, but it was actually from a different supplier. The sample board in question was located next to the QuarryCut display, which may have caused some confusion. However, the sales representative walked over and clearly pointed out the differences between the boards and their labels.
Despite these efforts, it seemed you were still not convinced that the material was from another supplier. At that point, the representative was unable to continue assisting, as the information being provided was not being received.
