My dog tore both CCLs, one was a full tear, the other was a partial tear. We did surgery on the one knee before we were aware of Posh. She had a terrible time post surgery and recovery took a very long time. We found out about Posh and opted for a brace on her other knee. We couldn't have been happier! She made a full recovery and her orthopedic surgeon was quite impressed. I would recommend a Posh brace over surgery anytime!

This custom made brace worked for my dog, Penny. 3 different Vets insisted surgery was the only option. Turns out they were wrong. I saw the Posh brace on the internet and called them. The process in ordering a brace was very easy and the Customer service was fantastic. Yes, it's pricey but the surgery price quote was over 3 times the price of the custom made brace and no post surgery for Penny to endure. Penny wore the brace a little more than a month while her knee healed. She fully recovered and back to all 4 feet firmly on the ground and doing fine.....

This product is amazing! Our German Shepard tore his CCL 18 months ago. We put him through surgery which was a major ordeal. As most of us know, once they tear one side the other leg has a high probability of tearing. He tore the other side by sliding on the floor and we were again faced with surgery. Instead, we did a great deal of research to see if there were any braces available that would actually work. We found a great deal of poorly designed products online before we found Posh. The process was very smooth, and the fitting video call was easy as well. They will walk you through every step of the process. We had the video chat on a Monday and had the brace in hand on Saturday. The brace itself is very easy to use and very well made. We didn't need to make any adjustments other than the tightness of the straps. The results have been fantastic, and we have only had the brace for four months. The customer service that is provided has been excellent. They are very responsive and will help answer any questions that you may have. Posh is there to support you after the sale. If you are looking for a great product and want to buy from a wonderful company, get this brace. My vet was impressed by the construction and his ability to walk. Surgery is more involved than you would think and traumatizing for the animal. Our dog is 127 lbs and rehabilitation from surgery was awful!

My 9 year old American Staffordshire Terrier mix had torn a ligament in her rear right leg. I did not want to do surgery as it didn’t sound like a viable option. I did some research and choose the posh brace to try. The company was awesome to work with. Kristi the technician was amazing and so helpful! We are only a few weeks in to our journey but I’m thankful for a non surgical option.

I have had previous experience with POSH braces at work but this time my god needed one. He also has some compounding health issues and they were wonderful. Very helpful at each step. Very quick to get the brace to me and help me with modification for my Saint Hyatt. Highly recommend!!!

Our beautiful boy tore his CCL, during playing up and down the stairs. We were told surgery is the only option, at a hefty price of $7,500-$9,500 and it would be better if we do it bi-laterally. Searching online and on social media, I have seen a few posts about Posh Knee Brace. I have decided to call them. Extremely professional, video call for exact measurements, follow-up video call for fitting purposes, shipping took a couple of days. Our boy is learning to walk with it and he seems he is getting better. We are at the very beginning of our recovery journey, but we could not be more hopeful for him and pleased with the service and product we received. Thank you !

Best decision I’ve made for my Husky! We started to use the posh brace a little bit at a time each day and he adjusted to it quickly. We gave it 6 months until we only used it for long distance walks or rides. You would never know he injured his CCL, I’m so very happy going with the conservative recovery with the brace verses surgery!!!

I was very impressed with POSH! My 4 year old dog had torn his CCL and after researching surgery and discussions with my Vet, we decided to try alternatives, including the POSH brace. I was a bit intimidated by everything so I decided to have a phone call with the company. They took the time to walk me through everything, discuss the benefits of the brace and they were very supportive. Once I got the brace, they did a virtual fitting and provided lots of information to make this successful. It took a little getting used to but my dog got the hang of it, and I did too! He made a great recovery without surgery. I highly recommend the POSH brace to anyone that is questioning whether surgery is the right thing for your dog!

The amount of research it takes to figure out the best course of action for our dogs CCL injury was hours of stress and anxiety. When we decided not to go the surgery route due to financial reasons and surgery horror stories, the research I did was extensive for conservative management. I had such a great feeling about the Posh Brace between others reviews and the videos I saw and even tho it’s not cheap, the braces themselves are well worth the quality, the personal connection and support you get and it’s still cheaper than surgery at this time. They really do truly care about their customers (human and 4 legged)!!!

My Posh Brace journey began when my four year old black lab, Shiloh, partially tore her CCL while chasing a ball. I took her to my Vet who diagnosed the injury and said we could try conservative management but if no improvements surgery would be inevitable. I was told to restrict her movements, not to let her off leash and to give her Adequan injections and glucosamine supplements. At about the three week mark I had her off leash and before I could stop her she chased a squirrel and came back unable to bear weight on the leg. She had completely torn her CCL. Not wanting to do surgery, I scoured the internet for options. That is when I came across Posh Dog brace company. This was a company whose founders had lived through their dogs torn CCL and developed their own brace. Their website had testimonies from several brace users along with videos of their dogs after their injury and then after us Ing Posh Brace. It was so encouraging. This company is there for you and your dog from the time you place your order until your dog is healed. They help you measure your dog for the brace, help you fit the brace, provide a series of physical therapy and stretches for the dog while healing and provide a list of supplements for your dog. So far with the brace on Shiloh is putting weight on her leg, is enjoying walks and an occasional swim. I can’t thank Posh Dog brace company enough for helping my dog heal without surgery. I tell anyone who will listen that if their dog tears a CCL to contact Pos Dog brace. They are truly the best

The staff at Posh were outstanding! The brace came quickly, but I was not asked to sign for it and had to check with the neighbors. But we got it! Kristi and Nikki were very patient with this nervous dog mom😄. They responded quickly to our emailed questions. Today was her first day so will update as we go.

My Rottweiler mix tore her CCL and possibly meniscus as there was a popping noise when she walked. The vet wanted to do surgery as she said the meniscus would not heal and would still be painful for her down the road. This worried me and had me thinking surgery was the only option. I could not afford surgery…let alone all the physio trips to the city, but also the surgery sounded so daunting and painful. But when I talked to Nikki at Posh she made me feel better that they have helped thousands and thousands of dogs with also a meniscus tear by conservative management with the brace. The measurement process was seamless and they make it easy! Will have to update in 6 months to a years time on the healing process but I know that she is soooo much happier being able to get out and have some small walks again!! She was getting depressed after 2 and a half months on rest! I think me too!

My German Short-haired Pointer had a blown out CCL. A vet told us the best repair is to do the knee surgery. We had it done and my dog was miserable for a long healing period. A couple years later she blew out her other knee. I was praying to find an alternative, but the Vet said it's the best plan of care. Wife found Posh and did some contacting with them. We decided to give the brace a try. We are so glad we did. After going through the brace healing period, I am pleased to say she is back to normal. She is now 11 years old and runs in the pasture like a pup with no sign of any knee issues. If your dog has this problem, this is BY FAR the best choice you can make for your dog.

Our 7 year old 70 lb Bella was diagnosed with a torn CCL in March 2022. Our vet recommended TPLO surgery at a cost of $2900 and 13 week recovery period. After viewing heartbreaking posts on surgery FB groups I looked into bracing and found Posh. Bella has gone from limping all the time to running and playing again. The Posh people assist you through the whole process. Follow their instructions and your dog will get better without surgery.
