"Responsible", "Professional" and "Dependable" are the three words I'll use to describe Porosh. We've been availing the services of Porosh for the last 2 years and to say the least, we're extremely satisfied with the care and understanding that they extend to their clients. Ms. Paushali and her team went out of the way to jump to action when my father got COVID-19. From hospital logistics to getting me in touch 1 on 1 with the physicians and above all making sure that he recovers and comes back home was performed flawlessly. Thank you Porosh, Paushali and team! I was looking for an Elder Care support organization for quite some time, tried one a few years ago, but was not satisfied. Fortunately, due to what I can only call a providential intervention, I found Porosh at a time when I needed this assistance the most. And I am immensely thankful for that. I can say without hesitation that I have never experienced a more customer-centric, dedicated, professional and sincerely committed organization, in all my 3 decades of working with established businesses and start-ups in many countries and cultures. Porosh deals with extremely sensitive, urgent and delicate issues that come up in elder care, like a family member and friend rather than someone at the other end of a commercial transaction. To anyone looking for assistance for elder care, themselves or their loved ones, I would say that Porosh will deliver more than you can imagine. However, you need to invest in the relationship with care and diligence to serve all stakeholders for an ongoing win-win. I think Porosh has a bright future in the humanitarian service space, because the founders always prioritize quality over quantity, something which is extremely rare in the healthcare world today.

Very delighted to say that I am extremely happy with service that POROSH provides to the elderly people. I am being a customer now for almost 6 months, had no complains so far. They are on time, makes the extra effort and show complete ownership to the work, wit care and touch as family. They stood up on my doorstep at one of the most difficult time my parents were facing and papers were not signed yet. I was one of their customer from north most suburb of their Kolkata service area where they agreed to serve and they were serious on their commitment. We all at some point have some noble idea but making that happen in real life is the most difficult think which POROSH has done with high degree of professionalism. I wish them all the best what they doing keep doing and grow higher and higher!!
