Frustrating experience, poor communication
I had a really disappointing experience here. I dropped my phone off around 11:30 AM because my audio wasn’t working. Later, I got a call saying they couldn’t fix it, which is fine, that happens. However, I was told my phone would be ready for pickup by around 4:30–5:00 PM.
When I didn’t receive any update, I tried calling and texting but got no response. I gave them extra time and went to the store at 6:30 PM, only to be told that the person who had my phone was on the way to the store. By 7:00 PM, the phone still wasn’t there, and that’s when they finally admitted the person was actually in Pasadena and would take another 40 minutes.
At that point, they had my phone for almost 9 hours, didn’t fix anything, and were not upfront or communicative about what was really going on. The lack of communication and honesty was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Amazing service and great extras!
Staff were incredibly helpful, and my experience was so great that I returned to buy more products! On my second visit, I even got a special deal on a screen saver and free camera covers, which was such a nice touch. The service was outstanding, and this will definitely be my go-to place for all my phone needs!

Went in for mobile phone cases for S24 , customer service and assistance was fantastic, would definitely recommend go and see for any phone assessories

Would leave Zero if I could. Quoted $40 for screen protector for S21. Charged $45.52 - given no receipt or eft receipt. Only when I questioned it, got refunded $5 - (which did not go back into my account)?? Screen is the thinnest crapiest screen I have ever seen 😬 was lifting off before I got home. Totally ripped off, avoid this sketchy shop where you will be overcharged for poor quality products 👎👎👎

The shop assistant seemed super nice but ripped me off something shocking. Over charging for items. Trying to get me to buy extra items I didn’t need and subpar workmanship. They have now given me a better option and better quality the 3rd time but upon receiving receipt by email it looks as though they still ripped me off by over charging. Buyer beware.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a phone case (I’m in NZ), on the 7th Oct and courier tracking said it was delivered on the 17th, only it wasn’t. Since the 17th I have tried over and over to get someone to contact me. I have filled out the forms several times and been told by the useless AI that someone from support will be in touch and that, no, I can’t talk to a real person. I have been totally ignored and feel completely ripped off. I have received no support or service. I would never buy from you again and I would advise at least anyone in NZ not to waste their money.
