I came here because the reviews were all really good. Unfortunately I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The guy was extremely rude when I asked him why there were dust particles in the screen protector on my iPad. He then said things like we have no place for people like you in this shop and when I asked him to give me the details of his manager, he said “you can go and call and do whatever you like I don’t care”

3 apt words to define POPPHONES are Untruthful, Unreliable, Unprofessional.
Someone outside Australia ordered a phone as a surprise birthday gift. Though the price was more than the market price, the order was placed with POPPHONES as they promised to deliver the next day. They charged expedited delivery charges as well.
It was not delivered on the next day (11th Oct) as promised and when I called them on the 12th, I was informed that they don't have stock. They did not give any explanation on why they promised us to deliver the phone on 11th Oct without stock!
POPPHONES requested 2 more days and assured that the phone will be delivered in 2 days without fail. There was absolutely no news till the 5th day. Called them on the 5th day and I was told that it will take a few more days to deliver. We then raised a cancellation request. However, POPPHONES did not do anything for the next 5 days or so. Finally, 11 days after their promised delivery date, POPPHONES informed me that Australia post office has the delivery and I have to go and collect or decline the order and money will be refunded once they get back their stock. No explanation or apology was offered for:
1. Why they promised next day delivery without stock and charge expedited delivery charges?
2. Why they didn't do anything on our cancellation request?
3. When they will refund our money?
At last, only when I informed them that I will be reporting to ACCC, they agreed to refund the money. That too after I had to go to Australia post, decline the order and provide proof thereof.
Wassemm was an absolute legend! He gave me two screen protecters for a very reasonable price and fitted them perfectly without bubbles. He even gave me a free pair of bluetooth headphones!!! He is very knowledgeable on mobile data and helped my grandmother save money on her mobile plan! Amazing customer service and a nice range of products at great prices. Thank you so much!!
