Great sewage service with awesome people. We’ve used Freedom twice now for pumping our basic home tank. Front desk staff always answer quickly and have answers to any questions you may have. Drivers are always friendly and get the job done fast, at a reasonable price. We will continue to use Freedom for any septic needs!

We've used Freedom Septic for our porta potty rental and service for quite a few years and their service person is always wonderful. We are a farm and he has to take care to avoid our sheep and goats that are out and about when he drives up. He is always so kind to the animals and so polite and efficient. Very special service!

We have been using Freedom septic for years for our regular cleanings, but this year we had to have some repairs done to our system and they were just wonderful!!! Dan did a great job, got the repairs done quickly and professionally. He left our yard looking great and they even went the extra mile and laid straw and grass seed. And Christy in the office has been great as well. She took care of all the office details and was always helpful and friendly! Thank you Freedom septic!!! We couldn't be more pleased!

We had an issue on Sunday and we called Freedom. Christy called us back within 6 minutes she was wonderful excellent customer service. Rod came out within 40 minutes and took excellent care of us. The team at Freedom Septic is absolutely amazing! We had issues this weekend and they responded quickly to pump our septic tank on a Sunday. Ken, the driver, was super nice and informative. They also ended up coming out to do work on our septic line, thinking it was a collapsed pipe. It turned out to be a massive clog caused by tree roots. Dan was out first thing in the morning and found the problem quickly. He cleared it and ended up not needing to replace the pipe. Huge thank you goes out to Freedom Septic for their rapid response and getting our system up and working again! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Ken was the most informative and experienced person I have ever seen in this field. He gave me straight answers and solved my problem quickly with no additional sales pitches or unnecessary things. 100% recommend Freedom Septic because if all their employees are like Ken, you are never going to have a bad experience. Call them. Also, give Ken a raise, he totally deserves it.

We have been using Freedom septic for many years and Everytime they never disappoint. The office staff are wonderful and professional who get you an appointment quickly. The drivers are all very professional, polite and very knowledgeable at their job. They empty your entire tank unlike other companies do and if you need your septic tank cleaned or other issues then Freedom Septic is the people to call.

Gave us Cheapest price in Carroll county. Did a great job fixing tank and sucking poop. Driver friendly and knowable. I bought a house and had now idea were septic was, freedom found tank and made repairs and took time to explain how my system works and how to maintane poop tank.
