Pool Perfection exceeded our expectations on the project. Everything was either early or on schedule and no surprises. Nick is an excellent Project Manager and communicator. Could not have had a better experience. Steve who was the salesperson was terrific. Nick who handled the installation was stellar. Communication was important to me and Nick was always available to answer my questions. The work done was excellent and the results phenomenal. The pool was completed in 7 weeks as promised. This is my 3rd pool install and the best I have ever had. Pool Perfection deserves more than 5 Stars.

We had a great experience with Pool Perfection. From design to filling the pool, it was just stress free. Everyone was around to answer any questions we had. After seeing other people on the news having holes in their backyard and the pool company not around, Pool Perfection came in way ahead of schedule. The best pool builder in the area by far. Wesley is the lead designer and Nick is our PM. I can’t stress enough how much passion and dedication that you can pickup from both of these guys. It’s not just a first impressions thing either. Wes enthusiasm and creativity when designing our pool immediately stood out from everyone else. These guys love their work and because of it has created a seamless experience for us. The communication was always on point in terms of what to expect. The timeline from breaking ground to a filled pool was only 7 weeks despite hurricane and other weather delays. Also, I’m not naive to never expect issues to occur however, Nick always made sure the issue was resolved before it was ever noticed by us. This should tell you that Nicks expectation and quality is as if it was his pool. I can’t thank you guys enough for building our dream pool and I hope others consider our wonderful experience before choosing other builders. A+ 100/100 pool perfections indeed! I’ll post pics later 😃

We just had our pool redone by Pool Perfection and we couldn’t be happier. From the start to finish it was Perfection. We called to schedule an estimate were greeted with kindness from Tracy one of their scheduling agents. Their estimator Jason came out to our home to discuss what we wanted to do. He was timely, knowledgeable, understanding and excited to do our project. The design team worked closely with us on every aspect from tile design, surfacing type and water color. Then Meagan spent weeks trying to find us the perfect tile for our complicated situation in that our pool deck was already completed. Once the materials were received the project was ready to begin. The project manager Chance came to our home to discuss the project schedule and stages. We had explained a major concern of ours which was the detail of scoring the edge of our newly refinished pool deck surface so that it would not be damaged. Chance understood how concerned we were about this. Chance took control of his project and subcontractors. All the fear we had disappeared throughout the project with the skills and care of all personnel and special attention from Chance. Thank you everyone for understanding our needs, being professional, being educated and making our dream pool come true. We would recommend Pool Perfection to anyone.

Pool Perfection installed our pool almost 3 years ago and we have been enjoying it ever since. Recently we had an issue with the equipment (small leak) and our pool maintenance guy recommended we reach out to the manufacturer to see if it was still under warranty. I didn’t know where to start so I ended up calling Pool Perfection. Naomi directed me to the client portal where I uploaded a photo and provided some details. I had a call the next day and the part replaced in less than a week. I had multiple texts and calls from Pool Perfection to keep me posted on the status. I was honestly amazed at the customer service provided. I have recommended them to multiple people looking for a new pool.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pool Perfection to install a new swimming pool and decking in my backyard. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone considering a pool construction project. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their craftsmanship and professionalism were evident every step of the way. Throughout the construction process, communication with Pool Perfection was exceptional. The project manager, Nick, kept me informed about each stage of the project and promptly addressed any inquiries or changes I had, and provided regular updates on the timeline. And the craftsmanship displayed by Pool Perfection was outstanding. The construction crew worked diligently and meticulously, ensuring every detail was perfect. The pool and decks structure, tiling, and finishing touches far exceeded my expectations. They even took the time to conduct a thorough walkthrough of the pool, explaining its maintenance requirements and providing helpful tips. Additionally, they have been available to answer any questions I have had since the project has been completed. My overall experience with them was outstanding. Wes was absolutely great creating a design that incorporated our ideas and inspirations as well as our functional desires. The result was amazing both in terms of aesthetics and function. We’ve had so many compliments on our pool we’ve lost count.
Build
Our project manager was on top of things and the build went way faster than scheduled. We did have a few issues which is really hard to avoid with something as complex as building a pool. However, the PM worked diligently to ensure those items were addressed quickly. A major problem was the stone decking – it wasn’t installed using the right sand and pretty much stained within a couple of weeks. The PM worked with the owner and manufacturer and we got a replacement deck installed relatively quickly – at no extra cost! We did also have a lingering problem with the descent light in our water feature that took a very long time to resolve, but that did not really impact our ability to use and enjoy the pool.
Post Build
A few very minor items were found after the pool was “done” and Pool Perfection was very quick to get someone out to take care of them. As mentioned above, we did have a challenge with the descent light, but the owner of Pool Perfection got involved himself to make sure it was taken care of and working perfectly.
Pool Perfection lives up to their name! They (and credit to the owner for being involved too) were not satisfied until we were satisfied! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at a new or remodeled pool!!

Pool Perfection did a great job resurfacing our pool. Our pool was built in the 70’s and had been resurfaced before. It wasn’t an easy job but the crews and project manager handled all the repairs and resurfacing quickly and professionally.
