completed the summer of 2023. This summer, Jason and his excellent crew completed the job with re-plastering. Looks terrific,
water looks like you're in the Caribbean. Jason used the latest technology and it is an amazing transformation. Excellent job.

I contacted Jason with Pool Envy last summer(2023) after struggling with pool wall staining and water clarity issues. We sure needed help! After Jason did his inspections and water testing he gave us his recommendations. He is all about safety and compliance with Code. We ended up doing an upgrade to the pump and filter along with installing a Clear Comfort System. Jason worked tirelessly on the staining and clarity issues. I can truly say our water has never looked so good! I regularly email Jason with my water testing results. He responds quickly with recommended adjustments and his knowledge of water chemistry is so impressive. Thank you, Jason, for being so patient with all my questions. And I can't forget Nicole! My ask was to have a leak located and repaired. Their reply was “we will not be able to assist in this matter”. No other explanation.
Why say you specialize in leak repair if you don’t.

Pool Envy provides repair, consulting, and evaluation services only through our established Safety & Systems Evaluation (SSE) process when applicable. The SSE is a paid professional consultation used to document existing conditions, identify safety concerns, determine root causes, and establish an appropriate scope of work before repairs or recommendations are made.
The individual chose not to proceed through that process. Without an evaluation or executed service agreement, we do not provide diagnoses, repair recommendations, or project opinions.
Following our decision not to proceed outside of our established process, our office received repeated requests for services beyond what we could responsibly provide.
