Only comment. Once we received the certificate, I noticed a mistake. Wrong place of birth. Not complaining, but shouldn't it be checked for accuracy before sent to the client. If I hadn't noticed it, we wouldn't have the certificate on time. That was the main reason for making use of your services, so we could have it on time.

We had to obtain an urgent police clearance certificate for my son after we applied via the standard SAP channels and they messed it up. Visa Help SA came to the rescue and we got the police clearance certificate within a few days. It was a pleasure dealing with Helena who assisted us. The best service provider there is. Ayesha, the sales rep who assisted me is awesome. She promised to deliver within 3-5 working days. However, I got my PCC the next day. That's what efficiency is all about. You know what, I had been waiting for a month for my PCC from another company that went silent after taking my money. POLICE CLEAR literally saved my job.
