Happy to let our dog stay at Poinsettia! Our dog, Pearl is quite timid and shy. After going to visit Donna at Poinsettia a couple of times she wants to jump in the car for every trip! I'm so glad to have found a place for her to be safe and happy, and trust Donna and the team to care for her while we are away. Highly recommended! Thanks Donna 😊🐾.

My 7 months old NZ Heading Dog pup Sage had not had the desirable socialisation experiences in the early months she should have had and consequently was nervous and reactive around other dogs. We had boarded our dogs at Pointsetta before and loved the service provided. A long talk with Donna convinced me Pointsetta was also the right choice to help Sage overcome her fears. She has had 5 day visits so far and is a different dog thanks to Donna and Tracey. Their knowledge, experience, patience, kindness and care have meant Sage now arrives happy and confident obviously looking forward to her day where from her carefully selected pen she can safely observe and interact in her own time other dogs. Her neighbours are carefully selected to support building her confidence. It is lovely to drive away in the morning seeing her calmly watching me go (if she does) from a comfy raised bed. Thank you Donna and Tracey - and other team members I may not have seen - you do a great job.

Happy Maltese Our Maltese cross is highly sensitive and we were nervous about him staying with Pointsetta. He was happy and confident, and very obviously at ease when we arrived to collect him. Video of him playing with other little dogs showed how much fun he had.

I am forever grateful to Donna and her amazing team for fostering my dog when I had no other options. They were an absolute godsend and treated my wee Bella like she was their own. Highly recommend pointsettas services, they have an obvious incredible love for dogs and take great care in looking after each individual dog.

Poppy Loves It Here We were so happy to discover Donna and her team after our regular kennel could no longer do it. Poppy loves being there, she's older & short-haired so sleeps inside in the warmth. She's on a special diet (which we provide) and this is given to her following the instructions with no drama, all done with a smile. She enjoys the cuddles and hanging out with the girls in the office :) She's been a regular border now for a couple of years, from a weekend to several weeks at a time and every time she comes home happy & healthy. She's our baby so we have real peace of mind leaving her in Pointsettia's care. (she's going there for another holiday in October :) Thank you so much Donna & team, you're all amazing!
