Excellent service, pricing, care of my moved / stored items, and cleanliness of my POD.

I was charged for $424.27 for 60 days, when indeed I had the container for 30 days. In addition, there was an over charge of $72.00 on the original quote. The 20% discount was a farce. I will never use PODS again and I do hope I prevent you from choosing PODS.

Run from this company. Remember there are other storage and moving companies. They are overpriced for what you get. Do your homework. After four years, we were nickel and dimed, because “your contract says we can charge you XXX so we will..” Customer service is a joke. The people at the lowest level are great but corporate philosophy is get all the money you can. Run fast.

My overall experience with pods was good. However, they charged me for a full month of storage for the container when the container was Dropped off with only using two weeks of the last month they charged me for. I called customer service to hopefully get a reimbursement for half the month and no one was able to help me, in addition they charged me a final drop off fee of $100 which would not have been an issue except for the fact that they charged me For the month when I only used half the time. I read on their website that sometimes the delivery fee can be waived and when I explained my situation for a second time to customer service, hoping they could help at least with the final delivery fee. They also did not help with that. I think their service could be improved by providing a partial month option for billing.

Wish I could give this company no star. Terrible service. And they lied about their damage package my stuff was damaged and said they’d make a claim and did nothing to resolve it. Also the facility in FL was supposed to have AC and ventilation and had nothing.

Very excellent. Just had my final pick up. David did a stellar job. Thanks to everyone at PODS.

nice easy delivery and pickup. Driver David was great. very respectful of property and fruendly.

I have used Pods for moving approximately four times. But this is the last. I’ve had some minor damage rub marks, but this time I feel like the pod was dropped off the truck. I had so much damage to my stuff. I had a garage cabinet, a gorilla garage cabinet, that was crushed inside the pod. Something jolted or hit the pod so hard two shelves were completely broken and one of the doors ripped off the hinge while it was in the pod. I had several other items damaged. I will never use pods again. The driver who picked up the pod Dave was very nice and very apologetic. It was not his fault. This happened somehow in transport. My experience with using PODS was very good. They were there on time to deliver and pick up. My online experience was excellent. The POD was ready for me at the location when I went there to empty it out.

Dave was great. He was prompt and considerate to our neighbors. I’ve been very happy with pods from start to finish. I have no problem referring them to all who need the services Thanks

Dave was awesome! Friendly, professional, lots of local knowledge and advice! Give him a raise!
