USE ANOTHER COMPANY They charged me for an extra month storage that I didn't use, so I called and explained and the lady I talked to she said she will create a ticket and it needs to get approved!! I told her it is straight forward that dates don't lie she wasn't convinced so I asked for a manager and after 30 mins a manager didn't want to talk to me. so I hang up a few days later I got the credit so I though the issue is resolved!! NOPE: the collecting department calling me to pay for the extra month that I didn't use, I explained again and again she said she needs to create a ticket so I asked for a manager and again no manager wants to talk to me!! A big waste of time, avoid as much as you can there are competitors that do the same thing: 1-800-PACK-RAT: Offers all-steel containers, ground-level loading, and various sizes, strong in NJ with local presence. U-Pack (ReloCube): Known for long-distance moves, uses weather-resistant metal containers, and is a popular choice. U-Haul U-Box: Budget-friendly, often uses plywood/tarp containers, good for smaller moves. Zippy Shell: Frequently cited for affordability and competitive pricing, especially for local moves. SMARTBOX: Offers vented containers to prevent stale odors and mold, focusing on local moves. MI-BOX: Local to NJ (Passaic County), provides 8', 16', and 20' units with a patented Level Lift System. iCan Storage: Family-owned, serving NY/NJ/CT with 16' and 20' weather-resistant containers.

So far this as been a very bad experience. There has been separate charges for same day pick up and delivery, on top of what we paid for. Once we set up a delivery date to drop off and pick it up the pod, they changed the dates on their own without giving us a warning or reason. Juan Garcia reset it but this was the 2nd time they messed with our date. This has not been and easy and affordable transaction. I don't think we'll ever use this service again.

The representative knowingly withheld information about charges related to delivering a pod to a storage unit, extorted us for extra fees when we tried to schedule delivery, and then send a payment my credit card had already charged back to my account to a debt collector. This is a predatory business. Do not use!

We booked a POD in June but changed our mind about an hour later (found an easier alternative for our needs). We immediately called and cancel the order. It was easy. Only problem is that we are being charged regardless! Nobody mentioned a fee when we were booking or canceling the order. Now they claim it is too late! OUTRAGEOUS!!!
