Overall bad experience. As a new business owner, I regret using this company. It was incredibly difficult to get my website complete, numerous errors, poor communication, and unsatisfactory work. To this day, my website is not complete, does not match the information I submitted, and the terms of our “agreement” has changed drastically. In fact, I never received anything and as we progressed, I was hit with more and more limitations and payments. Just recently, I received a link asking to pay $300 to continue having my website up (although I am not able to get into it or change anything and cannot get help to do so unless paying). I was never aware of a $300 yearly charge on top of the $800 for a barely completed website. I was told this was mine indefinitely. Now I need to pay you $300 to keep it online? Every year?
My business cards were also rushed and miss a lot of important information, such as my website….
I wish I had more time to review them before feeling rushed into a decision. This was an error on my part, but I strongly suggest working with a different company who will guide you effectively and help you achieve your goals. Not just rush to be paid and done. I worked with Hope and Haseeb.
My aunt just opened a small business and Mr. Nisar created her website. It is phenomenal! Very professional and so pretty ! Thanks, Mr. Nisar for helping my aunt !
