I want to give a big shout out to Paul who came out on New Years Day to fix an issue with the boiler at my tenanted flat
I was scrolling for hours on Google trying to find an engineer who would come out on New Years Day as my tenants were left without hot water and heating
Paul and his team very kindly came to the rescue within hours of me calling and managed to resolve the issue on site
I can’t thank him and his team enough!! Highly recommend to all - THANK YOU
Found these chaps via Google search on 30th Dec, like the other reviews they answered fast, gave a quote and after sending photos had a good idea of the problem and ensured they purchased parts so the work could be done the next morning on NYE morning.
Arrived and had the job done within the hour of turning up.
Problem solved from 14 hours of talking to them.
On a very cold Sunday morning, our boiler broke down. I tried to find an emergency service and I called PMD early in the morning. Paul answered his phone and he was at our place within an hour. He assessed the situation, it was apparent that we needed a new boiler, but, on top of that, the boiler had to be relocated. We were desperate and Paul really wanted to help us. Their proposal arrived quickly with all necessary details. Next day, it was snowing but the new boiler and the team arrived. For the next couple of days, PMD Team (Paul, Trevor, Marius, Abu-Bekr) worked really hard to get the new boiler up and running. They were kind, friendly, professional, considerate, they tried to keep the damage to our kitchen at a minimum and they kept their promises, they even completed some tasks that were not part of the proposal. I can’t express our gratitude enough. They are our new friends now.
I had a problem with my tap the plumber Trevor came out to assess the situation. He was able to repair the problem quickly explaining what the issue was. He had great customer service very friendly. Highly recommended thanks again

I called PMD at 8.30am with a toilet leak which meant I’d had to switch the water off the previous night making it urgent. Trevor (Dir) moved stuff around to come at midday for me.
He was polite, professional and knew his stuff. Ended up having to pretty much take the toilet out to fox the issue and also get parts. He refused to cut corners for quick fixes and left me completely satisfied that the problem was fixed and that I wouldn’t have any issues. Brilliant, couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or his company for any plumbing work big or small !!
