PlayerAuctions is a treasure trove for threat actors, given the amount of invasive processes they have when it comes to collecting personal identifiable information.
After I found this out, I requested for a refund only to find out how I have to give an insane amount of ID just to process this. I ended up doing it only to be told that the refund process is separate and I have to go through the seller.
Thankfully the seller was professional and addressed the issue. I'm sure the other providers who sell their service are good people but the management that runs PlayerAuctions are anti-consumer and deceptive.
After raising a dispute with the financial institution these "fine" folk backed off and their email language changed. After a few days a refund finally came through. But as always it came with a caveat, where they charged an international transaction fee for the refund! ironically the fee was never applied when I originally purchased the service.
After showing my financial institution the whole process and email records, they were able to credit the international fee back, which should never have been applied.
I can't believe such a horrible management and admin can operate a business like this. For anyone reading this review, please DO NOT use this website there are way better websites that do what they provide.

This website support scammers.
I have bought a account via this website 3 days ago, the seller clearly told me account is transferable to other servers in the messages. Also PA says that " User messages can be usable as proof". I asked for refund and seller rejected it. I started a dispute about it and added the proofs clearly shows that server transfers are available but account recently transfered to another server so there is 90 days of cooldown for it. They refused the refund and accepted the claims and insults of the seller just because he is 10 years old user and makes money for the website. In the bottom you can see how insulting was the sellers reply, and they supported him.
He replied at the last seconds of dispute so i cannot answer any of his lies. My proofs were clear. And he insulted me every way he can.
He claims that " Server transfers disabled by riot games" however it happened 1 day after i start the dispute.,
And he claims that i have the full account ownership thats why he cannot refund, he forced me hard to take the account to my mail before try the server transfer, thats thing shows that he knew account was untransferable.
He claims that he will lose everything, no i was okay with transfering account back, even with a RP i used worth of 20usd.
Dont use this website, doesnt matter how much seller has positive feedback, they are forcing people to leave a positive feedback, and the proof of that is under;
Last message from seller: I will kindly ask you to remove or edit the feedback.
You will transfer the damn account soon, what is your problem?

After offering youre account. they take it from you and you loose everything.
After putting my LoL account on sale. The order dissapeared and was nowhere to be found. also the league account is now gone.

They hate Ukraine and support terrorists
I was a big seller on that site for years, but then near 3 years ago they changed policy and now they not allow users from Ukraine to sell or buy. Support says its because of some "government regulations" but do not want to specify. I have a law degree and ability to find any legal information in any country, and appears they lied about it. Looks like Playerauctions just do not like Ukrainians in general, this is the only explanation everyone can conclude. Too bad, because this is not acceptable for any big company to threat any nation like that. Until Playerauctions do not change this policy i will publish this feedback everywhere, to let people aware of this gross injustice. Ticket was 391627
