We have been very, very pleased with Platinum. We used them for a year previously. When our aide needed surgery, they had wonderful people stand in for her. We now have been using our present aide for a year, and she is just what my husband needs. We cannot recommend Platinum high enough.

I have had assistance from Platinum Select for several years. I so appreciate having someone help me with things I find difficult to do as I get older. I am a retired RN, and I can recognize well trained aids. Believe me, Platinum has only sent me the best. There have been no problems with scheduling. If asked, I would recommend Platinum Select above any other.

Platinum home care was so responsive to our needs. Sheryl was a delight to work with and made sure that there would be homecare as soon as my husband returned from the hospital. The aide that helped us, Sonia, was, Excellent and we will use Platinu Homecare for any needs we might have in the future.

I don’t have enough kind words to describe my experience with Platinum Care Select. I live in New York and my mom remained in Florida. Navigating long distance care was extremely frustrating, challenging and stressful for me. Sheryl cutler and her staff were kind, and professional and they truly cared for my mother. They helped to make an extremely difficult situation into a bearable one. Most importantly, the aids that worked with my mother were incredible. We had two full time aids, Glenda and Sara. They were kind, caring, and loving and took care of my mother as if she was their own. They were angels from heaven and we were so lucky to have them for the last year of my mother’s life. Thank you for the peace of mind, thank you for the care and thank you for making the last year of my mother’s life filled with friendship and love. 💗

I have used Platinum nursing for over 5 years to get home health care for my Dad. I work with Sheryl - she is thorough and completely understands my Dad’s needs and has always matched the perfect nurse accordingly. Sheryl is extremely empathetic and provides a high level of customer service. The nurses we have had are professional, knowledgeable, caring and provide priceless care for my Dad. Sheryl is an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her and her company.
