Bestilte 7 planter/buske til haven. De kom 5 dage efter men fik at vide undervejs hvor langt pakken var i processen. Planterne var pakket godt ind ved ankomst og står nu smukt i min have. God service god kundeservice og gode varer. Har intet at klage over.

Smukke stueplanter
Jeg bestilte en del stueplanter her for første gang og ventede spændt. Men jeg kom ikke til at vente længe for allerede fredag kom mine planter. Hold nu op hvor var de flotte. De var forsvarligt pakket ind. Planterne var så frodige og smukke, og de oversteg mine forventninger fuldstændigt. Jeg kan helt sikker anbefale køb her, hvis man gerne vil have flotte stueplanter, så jeg vender helt sikkert tilbage for flere køb.

Could be a scam.
Placed an order 3.08.2025. 5 days later, it arrived in Denmark and was held over the weekend by postnord. On 11.08.2025, postnord tracking it was being returned because the postage address was incorrect.
I checked the order confirmation, the address written there was correct. I sent an email to kundeservice at plantazon dk on 11.08.2025, and an automated email stated that they would respond within 24 hours.
It is now the 14.08.2025, still no response. I have sent a few follow up emails. No delivery. No plants. No refund. The number on the website to call is not connected.
The website states that they are part of another company in NL, I found a number for that company, no answer. I have now forwarded the email to some other addresses found on the affiliated website pages.
So far, a complete waste of time and money, and no hope yet found for a resolution.
