Great gym for the price, they fix broken machines or equipments not so quick, peak hours there is wait time for machines or weights

Planet Fitness is a very good gym with a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the overall quality of equipment and services is excellent. I truly enjoy the gym itself and would love to continue my membership.
However, the only major issue at this location is parking. Due to the lack of available parking, I often have to return without being able to work out, even after arriving with full motivation. This situation is frustrating and disappointing for members who come with the intention to exercise but are forced to leave without using the facilities.
I kindly suggest that Planet Fitness consider arranging a parking solution, especially since the side/back parking area is often empty. Perhaps an agreement or arrangement could be made to allow members to use that space. This small improvement would greatly enhance the member experience and help resolve a recurring problem.
Planet Fitness already offers great quality and service, and addressing the parking issue would make this location truly outstanding.

Always a positive experience at PF. Since the management change the morning facility runs perfectly, always clean, organized and well stocked. She does a fantastic job and leads by example.
A recent makeover by removing dated training machines with brand new equipment just adds to a better workout.
I have been to several PF and by far the Hicksville location is the best. Keep up the great work, thank you 🙏🏋️♂️

Front desk
I waited 20 minutes for the front desk person to come back to the front desk. I tried calling the answering machine said closed. This is the one in Valparaiso Indiana. This is an ongoing problem. I was extremely upset because when your on a timeframe you don’t wanna 20 minutes for an employee. I couldn’t couldn’t even do a full work out because 20 minutes was wasted. The front desk person didn’t even apologize.

They have so few machines. They will straight up stop u at the front desk for wearing certain clothes like sandals .

Hi there, Mohammad. For safety purposes, we do indeed ask our members and visitors to refrain from wearing shoes that are open-toe or do not fit firmly on the foot in order to minimize the risk of injury, tripping, or losing loose footwear while out on the gym floor.

Had a good workout,calisthenics area was the best ive been in. Its set up to have your own station for pullups. Weights and kettle bells in front of you, resistance bands, and a set up for adjustable cables.
