They have so few machines. They will straight up stop u at the front desk for wearing certain clothes like sandals .

Had a good workout,calisthenics area was the best ive been in. Its set up to have your own station for pullups. Weights and kettle bells in front of you, resistance bands, and a set up for adjustable cables.

Poor behavior
This is an update from my complaint made on September 17. Since then, I have contacted corporate 3 more times each time my complaint was escalated. I had one phone call from Sergio on or about September 25th who told me he was a district manager. He said in his voicemail he was from the Babylon location (I think). His phone number was blocked and he did not leave a call back number. Instead he advised me to contact him through email to set up a time to talk, which I did and gave a few times to contact me but he never called. And he didn't try to reach out again. Noone has.
I finally took the risk and went back to the Carle Place PF location after taking off a month to wait and see what would become of my complaint. My last phone call was a week ago when I was told again my complaint would be escalated and I asked for a credit for the month I was not at PF waiting for an answer from corporate.
I have called weekly for an update to the action plan imposed on Sana Bonny.
Does the Executive Office know what goes on in there branches?
It is sad and disappointing that noone cares about the members complaints.

Dice la publicidad que es un dólar por un por el primer mes, cosa que no es cierta porque 15 días después me cobraron 45 dolares inclunyendo in late fee que se inventaron alegando que no tengo fondos en mi cuenta cosas que no es verdad ya que ellos tenian mi informacion de targeta y cuenta de banco como respaldo a parte jamas recibí una notificación o correo dicendo que no tenia fondos esto con cosas que esta compañía se intenta para poder robar tu dinero lo del primer mes por un dollar me salió mas caro por que termine pagado 46 dólares en total esta compañía siempre a tenido fama de por este tipo de practicas que continúan haciendo ahora la mejor sorpresa de todas es que para el final del mes me tienen programaso para el anual fee que son 54 dollares asi que no creean la publicidad y engañosa que ellos tienen y de una vez separe 100 dolares para su primer mes de gimnasio aaaa y gimnasio esta muy bonito y limpio tiene buenas maquinas el problema aqui son las practicas deshonestas de esta compañía

Always a positive experience at PF. Since the management change the morning facility runs perfectly, always clean, organized and well stocked. She does a fantastic job and leads by example.
A recent makeover by removing dated training machines with brand new equipment just adds to a better workout.
I have been to several PF and by far the Hicksville location is the best. Keep up the great work, thank you 🙏🏋️♂️

August 24th the 3 guys working out front are the most RUDE and unprofessional lazy workers I have seen at the gym. I was scheduling one of the massages for my son with his black card member and asked for help. They acted like I was asking something outrageous. All their machines are falling apart, it's dirty, don't waste your money here

Was a go to gym for me for the past 2 years, mainly after the big renovation. But now since the recent addition of new cables and machines it's been difficult to get a good quality workout in. Machines are all crammed in the middle of the floor which makes it near impossible to workout without being on top of one another. I dislike this because I like to have my personal distance when I workout. The younger summer crowd doesn't help either with this but it's expected. Also heavily dislike they removed the yellow machines and turned that into a freeweight room and made the ab area life machines that 2-4 people usually sit on the entirety of my workout. Overall too much cardio equipment with limited space left for machines and cables. Still a better location than Levittown, Carle Place, and Merrick. Will still keep driving 40+ minutes here just disappointed with their latest changes. Other then that place is kept clean fellow gym goers tend to clean after themselves and staff is friendly. Will recommend if you like to workout in the mornings.
