Verified Company
I did not use this company for air conditioning. My brother (Jared) was driving to work when a driver hit my brother’s car outside the Carey Tunnel. Jared was not moving his car was stationary but PJ’s Mechanical Service & Maintenance Corp driver was switching lanes when the incident occurred. The driver Matthew Conor yelled at Jared and said you hit me yet Jared’s car was not moving. Jared had to call the police over to assist as Matthew would not hand over his information so easily. Matthew made some comments “You must be from Staten Island?” If you make a mistake just admit it, don’t blame someone else.
My brother and I tried calling the company to get this resolved but no one called me back. When I finally got ahold of Peter (manager), he was just about to send a response to me. He defended his driver and said you and I were not there. No apology for this. I would use another company as both Peter and their drivers are so unprofessional. Peter pretty much said he was busy. He did not seem to care that his driver hit my brother’s car and called my brother a liar as he said he needs to take the word of his staff.

These guys are great, very honest, humble and kind! I once was behind one of your vans at a red light and the driver got out of the truck to help a fragile looking old lady cross the street! You should've seen the smile on her face! There's a video of an employee politely telling an inconsiderate driver to move because they were blocking traffic like if they owned the road. Perhaps he raised his voice just a tad little bit, but hey, I WOULD TOO if somebody blocked my passageway for more than twenty minutes. That's right, the inconsiderate car was parked for at least twenty minutes unloading bags without a single care in the world while the employee patiently waited until enough was enough. Your employee controlled the situation very well in my opinion and should get a raise! I know this company treats its workers very well because these are some of the nicest chads I've met. Keep rocking it!! 🙏🙏
