The guys from Pioneer did a sizable awning replacement job at our townhouse complex of 61 townhouses, Their awning design is superior and the finish looks modern, slimline, neat and quality, Really glad we chose these guys, The whole job went smoothly and they are great to deal with... Had our carport installed last week by Pioneer, very happy with it. The whole process from Jonathon coming to quote, follow up by Tim and installation by Josh an Brad, also organising an extra gutter with Steve today was totally seamless, that it was only a 3 week process from quote to installation. They are a company that have shown that they are totally focused on customer satisfaction and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you guys, I have no hesitation in recommending Pioneer Shade Structures to anyone.

Our cantilever carport has been on the wall for ca. 6 months now and we couldn't be any happier. Truly a "no fuss", straight forward process starting with Jonathan's initial visit and quote, to confirming measurements with Steve, procuring a structural engineering assessment (required in our specific circumstance) all ending with a quick and flawless installation. Great communication throughout, too. An honest and well run operation, highly recommend!

We had Pioneer Shades install a cantilever pergola over our pool area and they did a fantastic job!! From the beginning, when Johnathan came out to measure and quote to the installation guys and some follow up work, the whole process was seamless, not to mention the great service provided by Johnathan and his team. Oh and I forgot to mention the price was FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend Pioneer Shade Structures for ANY of your pergola needs!!
