Kody arrived on time and worked non-stop for 2 hours delivering exactly the quality finish that had been promised. Removed all the growth and left the gutters amazingly clean. Reported back on the state of the guttering so we know what’s going on. Great job. Can’t recommend more highly.

Aaron did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters. We have recently moved to the house and the cleaning was long overdue. It’s not an easy property to navigate but he made it look simple - no drama. He was prompt, hard-working and friendly. The whole process from quotation to clean was well managed.

Thorough, Professional, and Exceptional Results Highly Recommend! I recently had Pinnacle Building Wash carry out a comprehensive gutter clean at my home in Tawa, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The gutters were completely clogged with years of built-up debris, moss, and vegetation but the team left them looking immaculate and fully functional. Their service was methodical and clearly well-practised. They began by ensuring safe access to the roof, then manually removed large debris before flushing the entire system with a water jet at just the right pressure. The downpipes were inspected and cleared with high-pressure water, followed by a full-flow test to confirm everything was working as it should. They even included unblocking of downpipes at no extra cost if required — a brilliant touch. The professionalism, attention to detail, and care shown by the team was first-class. The before and after pictures really speak for themselves it was a top-quality job and excellent value. I would highly recommend using Pinnacle Building Wash. I met Aaron who cleaned our guttering, downpipes, front picket fence, veranda, and treated the roof for lichen. Aaron provided an excellent service. He was knowledgeable, hardworking and efficient, as well as being a very personable gentleman. I also should mention Olly, who I requested the work from - excellent advice and communications from him. Again, I"d highly recommend using Pinnacle Building Wash and would not hesitate about using them in the future.

A really quick turnaround by Liam & the team to get my gutters and down pipes cleaned (inside and out) and cleared of debris before my house sells & comes off the market. Kody did an unbelievable job on short notice, and the clean up after he had finished was 1st class. Really polite and efficient, great service and would happily use again!
