If you are looking for a true Montessori education for your child; please don’t believe them. We moved from Austin where my oldest daughters received a Montessori education so I know it. I asked about Certifications and answer they have them and I also saw that they had the Montessori Materials; I believe them…My daughter where there just a few days because it was very difficult to her the adaptation and apparently they couldn’t help her and just basically leave her cry for almost an hour… they had cameras and all the time I was there I never saw my daughter classmates working with the materiales or making a Montessori lessons or that they applied the Montessori methodology. I’m grateful that I found another true Montessori school where my daughter just cry the first day and where she is received with a lot of care, love, patience and hugs and where she started practicing Montessori lesson since day 1.

Thank you for your feedback. Your daughter was with us for about 1–2 weeks, and during that time our team supported her transition with calming strategies and assistance from our floater teacher. For many children who are new to a school setting, adjustment can take time, and we did our best to help her feel comfortable each day.

Our staff is Montessori-trained, and our classrooms follow Montessori routines and materials, though each child adapts at their own pace. We are happy to hear she is doing well at her new school and wish her the very best.

If you’re looking for a daycare, look no further—Pinnacle Montessori is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredible, friendly, and always go above and beyond. Director Vanessa is super understanding and always looks for ways to help families save both money and time. Her energy is consistently positive, welcoming, and supportive. At the front desk, Selina and Gracie are absolute gems. They greet every parent with a smile and, impressively, remember not only the kids’ names but their parents’ too—making every interaction feel personal and genuine. The teachers are just as wonderful. Celeste, one of the infant teachers, always kept me informed and made sure my son was happy every single day. Jacky has been teaching him Spanish, and to my surprise, he started following directions in Spanish before English—proof of how much love and dedication she pours into her teaching. Every time he’s handed off to her, he lights up like a Christmas tree! Tiffany is another rock star—she keeps me updated throughout the day with photos of my kids in the summer program, giving me so much peace of mind. And then there’s Amariami (aka MaiMi)—what an amazing teacher! She’s attentive, responsive, and notices little things that even we as parents might miss. She constantly encourages and supports my son to challenge himself. She keeps us in the loop so we never have to wonder how his day is going. Pinnacle Montessori is not just a daycare—it’s a family. Don’t walk, RUN if they have any openings. I promise you’ll find a group of dedicated, supportive teachers who truly care for your children as their own. In addition to daycare through the school year, the summers here are amazing and they provide so many fun activities for the kids!!!!

Selena , Jessica , Ariana , and Vanessa ARE THE BEST ! All 4 of them have made mine and my sons experience the best . My son has already learned so much since being at this school and comes home asking to go back every day ! I check on him through the day and just see Ms.Jessica / Ariana giving him so much love and him so engaged with what they’re learning . I love this place and how welcoming they’re . Highly Recommend Pinnacle Montessori Crown Ridge! My child has been attending Pinnacle Montessori Crown Ridge on Camp Bullis since February 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! We’ve loved the teachers, the nurturing environment, and the small class sizes that allow individualized attention. He started at 18 months old and is now approaching three, and I’ve seen incredible growth in his learning, social skills, and independence. The director is attentive, communicative, and always willing to help—ensuring parents and children feel supported. The teachers are patient, engaged, and genuinely care about the kids. Pinnacle Montessori at Crown Ridge was a life saver when we had to leave the other daycare we were at. We have been there for 2 years - our 3 year old started at 1 and my twins started at 4 months and will be 1 year old next month and the quality of teachers is amazing. They LOVE our kids as if they were their own they have constant communication with us both good behavior and bad and always make us feel like we are a team. The Director and other staff have always been amazing being very communicative with us. They foster a very inclusive environment and helped my daughter to potty train- they were amazing with helping with that while I was very pregnant with twins. To say that we are truly happy we found Pinnacle at Crown Ridge is an understatement. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a daycare in the Leon Valley/Dominion/Fair Oaks area. This location still isn't open. We enrolled our soon here three years ago. They talked us into sending him to their other location by LA Cantera. We had lots of issues with that location. After being there for two years and them continuing to promise the Fair Oaks location would open we started complaining to corporate. Not long after they kicked out our son for saying a bad word once (the B word) or so they say. And yet the director's son would go around hitting other kids but that was okay. The director's name is Vanessa. She seemed to have a personal vendetta against my wife. It was horrible. The worst part of it is when he, allegedly said a bad word, they made him sit in the front for over an hour until we could go get him. Made a big seen in front of him that he was being kicked out and really traumatized him. It was horrible. It took weeks of us working with him to overcome that traumatic experience. I honestly should have sued them for that. The people who work there are not qualified. They use the Montessori name as a marketing gimmick but don't require to have Montessori training. Just look up who the owner's are of this business and franchise. Their background is IT and software. None of them qualified to be running a school. Also, they have been sued and pending lawsuits against them. There was also an investigation. You can obviously look all this up online. This company isn't run by people I would trust my kids with

Regarding the Fair Oaks location, we understand that the delay has been frustrating for families but the Crown Ridge location has been open for a long time. While unforeseen circumstances led to the postponement, we remain committed to our mission of bringing quality education to the community.

I love this school! My daughter had a rough time at first, but everyone was so patient and sweet with her. My daughter now loves going to school! She loves Ms. Yaya and Ms. Kat. They are amazing teachers and so great with their students! I would recommend this school to all parents looking for a safe, secure and fun learning environment for their kids!
