The professionals at Pine Lawn have done the impossible... Made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Every inch of the building was squeaky clean. Everyone knew their stuff. Wonderful receptionists. No pain. No rushing me through my appointments. Breezy scheduling. Just a solid place to get your mouth looked at.

my brother had a full set of dentures that looked like horse teeth, so they redid the top dentures and when he put them in they did not fit and fell out.He has dementia and living in a facility and they sent him back with the second set that doesn't fit . I will be talking to the administrator because someone is not qualified to do this job

Doctor London did excellent job , I didn’t feel anything during procedure

My first visit 1/21/26 upon walking in I noticed how clean the office is and how welcoming and professional the front office are. First visit x-ray and deep cleaning. Next appointment February for a filling on the right lower buccal (this is where the problem began) the dentist sat on my left side reach over to inject my right side. He injected my JAWBONE!!" I immediately said OUCH what did I do to you?" He laughed and the assistant. The dental assistant filled my tooth (I never had a dental assistant or hygienist fill my tooth. My jawl was sore to the touch for a little over 2wks. I felt 2 small knots where he injected. I called the office immediately. I went the next day. Before I saw the dentist I spoke with the office manager explained what happened. The dentist said I had a infection (they didn't mention a infection in January or February but now 🤔🤔 he prescribed antibiotics for the infection. Ithe antibiotics didn't remove the small knots!! I didn't have small knots before I came there. This dentist said sometimes Drs inject into the bone. I said no Dr's don't there's no reason to inject into the bone (vein or muscle) he continue to speak to me as if I'm stupid and didn't apologize. He laughed . Dr London

Went to Pineland dental and had teeth issues was recommended to get them all pulled, had all my teeth extracted and then about 2weeks after all the teeth were pulled they wanted to get impressions of my gums for the dentures I informed them that I still had alot of swelling and didn't think it would be a good time to do it , now a little side note they are very busy and if you make an appointment it's more like a time that they might be able to see you because for the weeks I had to go there I usually waited for 3-6 hours past my appointment time and then you'll get seen if not they will make you wait and then if they close be there first thing when they open and you get to do it all over again!!!! Now, teeth being all pulled and gums swollen they take impressions and just like I thought swelling goes down dentures don't fit. So I have a 2,000-3,000 dollar pair of teeth that collect dust. Every time that I've called they just put you off so do trust this business with even toothbrush recommendations!!!!!

I really appreciated the service that I got in the system healthcare that works in place for low income families. I got Nikki to do my fillings and Dr. London to do the holes in my teeth. I am getting a partial soon and I’m really excited.

I went to get teeth pulled and they took a whole chunk of gums with it. I cant even chew or anything on that side. Will be talking to my lawyer.

Had a great experience with Kalyn and the whole team! Kalyn was super gentle, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Da’Shaun and Trin were also amazing very welcoming, helpful, and kept the energy positive from start to finish. You can tell the whole office works well together and genuinely cares about their patients. Definitely recommend coming here if you want a smooth and comfortable dental visit!!

Honestly, this is one of the more professional shops in St Louis. I've been to a lot of dentists over the past 10 years or so here in STL and I was very impressed with Dr Travis. The 3D mapping of my mouth was super cool and allowed me to see exactly how my crown was going to fit into my teeth. Like I said I've had a lot of work done and this Crown was on my front tooth, I've never had such a painless experience. Even with the root canal it was super easy. The staff is awesome, the girls that work up front we're very very friendly, and super cute! Just everybody was super upbeat, a very encouraging place, I'll definitely be a long time customer.

They don’t have a great system for dealing with customers I had an appointment and they said that they didn’t have it my tooth is killing me and they turned me away what a joke

This was my first time bringing my niece to Pine Lawn Dental. Her appointment was at 10:30 and we arrived at 10:00, they took her straight back to the room for service! The front desk and patient check-in desk were phenomenal! If you’re in need of dental service, I highly recommend Pine Lawn Dental!!
