I just had an outstanding experience today with Kalyn my hygienist. She was was very kind & thoughtful. I had mentioned the office was cold she went to get me a blanket, this has never happened before. She listened to my concerns asked me if I had any questions for her. I have been going to the dentist for many years, I am a senior citizen and this was best experience yet. I also advise her supervisor Jackie about my experience too. Kalyn is a great employee to your company and deserves to be commended. Her kind heart, smile and personality was greately appreciated by myself today.

Needed an emergency visit for a cracked/split tooth, which half of the tooth fell out. Got in for an appointment within a few days. Everyone in the office that I had contact with were very kind and professional! Neda was extremely nice, personable, professional and gentle towards me during my time with her getting my X-Rays (my two other times of being in contact with her throughout my visit were equally a pleasure)! For my extraction, Dr. Grutz was very kind, professional, and extremely detailed with informing me of all that would take place with my extraction (which took away my slight anxiety, and made me feel very comfortable)! The extraction went very well also! His assistant Cam was also very kind and professional with everything she did! Cam also spoke in great detail and clarity when giving me my follow-up instructions (which was very helpful)! My best dental experience as an adult! Look forward to my next appointment, and will without hesitation recommend family and friends! Thank you all for everything and keep up the great work!

I brought my mom to the Tower Grove location and once we were in the back with all of the technicians they were all EXTREMELY patient and helpful. My mother is elderly and moves slowly with a cane but everyone helped me to move her from the 2 x-ray rooms, and last the examination room. The dentist was informative and we were able to schedule an appointment the following week to get started with a month's long procedure. Even our exit was pleasant. She share with us exactly what was covered with insurance and we left with great understanding and no questions. Happy that this is the dentist office that we chose.

This is a wonderful place. I had scheduled an appointment for my son and myself and for some reason my appointment wasn’t in the system, but they heard me out and found a way to fit me in. Everyone was so accommodating and kind. Even though there was an issue with my insurance, everyone remained calm, and by the end of my visit, it was all figured out. I am extremely satisfied with my service. I will be back!!

I had a extraction done first time ever that the procedure went smoothly I barely felt a thing. The staff was amazing very clean environment and did I mention the staff was amazing they made me feel very comfortable with the procedure I was even giving a blanket for comfort. I will definitely be back and officially making them my new dental home!

10/10 experience! As someone with dentist anxiety, everyone made the process easy. Came at 9am for tooth extraction and was out by 11am. Facility was clean. I felt no pain while getting extraction done and minimal pain day after. Neda, the assistant, was a great help as well. Would recommend!

I really enjoyed the new Pawn Lawn Dental Tower Grove. It was quiet & the ladies were nice It also was very clean and just a calm atmosphere. Tiffany, the manager went above and beyond to check my account telling me what went wrong and even trying to get everything approved. But my overall experience was 10 out of 10 I couldn’t ask for a better staff. I walked out of there with an appointment for Monday and a smile on my face ready for a new and better smile.🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
