Well what to say, as i see mostly good reviews. My case wasn't that pleasant. While waiting, i got my turn with a tall, slightly arrogant and disrespectful pharmacy man. The man seemed like he seen the ghost or i don't know, some crazy chemist who is buying the alcohol to make an explosive. This day i was walking 2km in one way, it was rainy outside. Alcohol i'm only using for disinfection of basically everything in my home. My intention was to buy two types of alcohol. Isopropyl/isopropanol and ethyl/ethanol. At first i bought the Isopropyl one. The words from this man were "I can't sell you ethanol alcohol". Then i asked why, for an explanation. He replied: "Just because i don't want to. I'm not obligated to sell it to you". Now imagine how STUPID and non professional is this from him. He was maybe thinking that i'm buying it to drink it 🤣. So he "allowed" me to buy only the isopropyl one. Now at least he could have been more smart and instead of the isopropyl one to "allow" the ethyl one. Why? Well because he was thinking that i don't know that isopropyl alcohol is not intended for the human use/consumption, and it's similar moleculary to ethyl, but has a different chemical structure! Ethyl is an ordinary type of alcohol which people consume in any alcoholic beverages. It's also more superior and effective in most cases than isopropyl one! PS: The message for this man, i hate alcohol, any type of alcohol in a consumption! I use the ethyl to mix it with isopropyl to make the most efficient and effective disinfection possible! Instead of selling the ethyl one, he "allowed" me buy the isopropyl one, which is also way more toxic than ethyl. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Luckily for me, i know what i'm buying and what's the best and appropriate use. Simply there are people out there who make the judgments based on the first impressions, thinking that everybody are an "ordinary people" who don't know anything! Well for me... It's simply stupid to judge the 'book by it's cover'. Anyways... my first and last time that i went to this pharmacy. You can be ashamed only 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

Mal ein großes Dankeschön an meiner Annen Apotheke. 🥰 Habe ein Geschenk zum 65 Geburtstag bekommen . War völlig baff als es am meiner Haustür schellte ,und ein Mitarbeiter von der Annen Apotheke mir eine rote Tüte überreichte . Es war so ein tolles Gefühl das man dran dachte zum 65 Geburtstag. Dankeschön 🤗

Ich fühle mich selten so aufgehoben! Ich kann mit purer Zuversicht zugeben, dass ich solch eine gute und kompetente Beratung selten erlebe. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr liebevoll und die Atmosphäre in der Apotheke ist Begeisterung pur!! Die Mitarbeiter verstehen sich sowohl mit den Kollegen als auch mit den Kunden, sehr gut! Ich fühlte mich sehr wertgeschätzt und wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt! Hier fühlt man sich wohl!

Sehr schöne und moderne Apotheke in der man zudem bestens beraten und bedient wird, und alle Mitarbeiter sind stets sehr freundlich🖐️

Man ruft an und an und nach ca. 4 Minuten grauenvoller Musik in der Warteschleife wird man ständig aus der Leitung geworfen Schlechter Kundenservice

Ich war heute umb18:50,Uhr da und stand vor geschlossenen Türen. Mit einem Rezept was ich was ich grade von der Kinderärztin bekommen habe. Wenn die Öffnungzeit bis 19 Uhr ist dann hat da auch einer bis 19 Uhr zu stehen!!!!!! 😡😡😡 Da sie geantwortet haben das um 18:58 Uhr ein Kunde aus dem Laden ging muss ich sagen das kann nicht stimmen! Wir waren zu zweit und die Apotheke hatte um 18:50 Uhr zu!! Das hat nix mit Umbau arbeiten zu tun wenn die Tür sich nicht öffnet oder....

Ich kann nur gutes über meinen Besuch in der Annen- Apotheke berichten! Die Mitarbeiter haben mich bestmöglich beraten und zusammen mit mir mein Anliegen geklärt. Auch der Herr Örge, der chef höchstpersönlich hat sich für mich die Zeitgenommen und mir weitergeholfen. ps: Meine neue Stamm Apotheke !

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Auch die Beratung ist sehr kompetent, so wünscht man es sich.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Team. Tolle Beratung und im Gegensatz zu anderen Apotheken wird nicht gleich das teure Medikament empfohlen, sondern auch kostengünstigere Alternativen nahegelegt. Vielen Dank auch für das nette Geschenk zum Einkauf.
