Our experience with Phoenix was not a great experience. We had them do a lot of work including a lot of dry wall, painting, and plumbing. As the photos demonstrate the dry wall was not up to the standards I would expect. The entire house was only painted by one person with very poor communication when the one painter got pulled away for a couple of days, the photos show some of the faults in painting. The one shows that they didn’t even paint over the old paint at a transition. As well, the water heater and a valve underneath the house had to be fixed by a licensed plumber as things by Phoenix were not completed up to code. I would not use their services again.

Phoenix Reno finished our basement and I couldn't be any happier. I was dreading getting it finished because I'd heard so many horror stories about contractors. They made it so easy and painless though. Their quote was fair, they communicated well, they were fast, and everything looks amazing. Can't recommend them enough!

We used Phoenix Renovation for our deck and couldn't be happier. My husband was hesitant as he is a handy man and extremely particular, but he was just too busy to do our deck in the timeline I wanted so we ultimately settled on Phoenix and have no complaints! Sitting on our deck is often the most relaxing part of the day and they created exactly what I wanted to achieve that! Great communication and work ethics - I would highly recommend!

We recently had our basement renovated by Phoenix Renovation & Design, and we are extremely happy with the results. This was our first home renovation project of this size, so I was nervous going into it, but the team immediately put us at ease and made the entire process comfortable. I always felt confident and at ease having the workers in my home. Karl, the lead contractor was very accommodating throughout the project and kept me informed. Every worker who came out clearly knew their trade and did excellent work. We had framing replaced, followed by drywall and insulation, updated canned lighting, and a full paint job with a black ceiling and gray walls. Everything came together beautifully. They also finished my son's room in the basement, which turned out great. We chose epoxy floors instead of carpeting, and they look amazing-better than we expected. The entire project went smoothly, and the quality of work really shows. I would absolutely recommend Phoenix Renovation & Design to anyone looking to take on a home renovation.
