Absolutely the best moving experience I've ever had! From the first phone call to the final box being unloaded, Best Moving Company NWA lived up to their name. The team was punctual, professional, and treated my belongings with care like it was their own. They worked quickly but never cut corners, and their friendly attitude made the whole process much less stressful. If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy movers in Northwest Arkansas, this is the company to call. Highly recommend!

One of my chair seems damaged, possible screw missing not sure what is wrong with it. My guest bed was not put together correctly and the foot board is wonky. The bolts needed was left in the room on the window seal. My desk drawer (top right )was left in the garage and it took me a minute to find it. The bottom Left is not opening and closing as it was. I also asked a file cabin to be placed between the wall and the desk. It was not and I had to try to do in myself, causing me to damage me trim. The garage was left an absolute mess, they could have placed the shelves against the wall but selected to place them in the center, my suspicion is because I asked them to place a few items in the attic and they blocked the attic access and did not do as asked. I believe I was charged for them going back to the "shop" to get tools they forgot to bring. They did ask if they could stop 1/2 way though and come back the following Tuesday. I could not agree to this. My desk was still at address I was moving out of and I work from home. I was charged a lot more then my quote. I understand some of the reason why but I think there were some inflation as well. There was no set up done at all. things were just placed everywhere and not quite what I was expecting.

Just used Phoenix Moving for the 2nd time personally, and over the years I’ve referred dozens of people to them with all positive feedback. Super easy to deal with, they show up on time, and I feel they charge fair rates. If you are over 25 and need to move, call Phoenix. Seriously your friends don’t really want to help you move for pizza and beer.

Phoenix Moving is the most professional I found in NWA. My belongings were handled with care and not a single item was damaged. The team was friendly and had a great attitude despite the surprising amount of stuff I had and the unexpected number of stairs. I would definitely trust them again with my move.

I recently scheduled my move with Phoenix and they were great. They quoted my job before hand, arrived ready to work on a very poor weather day. They worked hard and we're very careful with my furniture as well as my dishes. I thought they moved quickly without seeming rushed. I would recommend 👌

Contacting Phoenix Moving was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made, in regards to moving. So much so, that I will always have them move me wherever I go. The care and attention, plus the short amount of time it took to get me from point A to B was 100% worth Every. Single. Penny. They moved me out of, let's call it, a 3,700 sq/ft house and two, full 10x10 storage units. All this was done in 1.5 days and nothing was lost, damaged or broken. Do yourself a big favor, and save yourself the strain and stress that goes into boxing up, moving, and unboxing your entire material life. Use Phoenix Moving if you are needing to relocate....you won't regret it!!
