I managed the residential CAT response for Paul Davis Restoration in Rogers post 2024 tornadoes. Having come in from Florida in order to assist with the oration effort Phoenix and Jlyn in particular were absolute life savers when it came to having a flexible available and professional team regarding insurance and pre mitigation pack-outs. Finding such professionals was a huge relief and our efforts to rebuild homes would have been lost without them.

I had a move over the first weekend of March. The idea of hiring these guys by the hour sounded great. Then they showed up facial tattoos and foul language. I lived on the third floor at Pinnacle Heights. They were moving soo slow my stuff was on the third floor, and staged in front of my apartment, by the elevator, first floor by the elevator and out by the moving truck. They were moving so slow. I started hand trucking stuff out. I clearly saw them taking breaks and vaping. They didn't come with enough equipment to move. Two of them did not know how to properly walk a couch through a door and didn't break down things like the bed frame making difficult to close the door. On two occasions I had to move my stuff that was blocking fire doors. At the new place we had boxes with arrows pointing this way up, upside down. Pictures and perfume busted. When it came time to settle the bill they didn't account for breaks ect. 4 hour move was billed for 8. Absolute disappointment.

Great crew of workers!! Phoenix Moving has handled two moves for me. Both teams worked quickly, carefully wrapping every piece of furniture. They were like clockwork with each person moving through the wrapping, loading and unloading process with exceptional professionalism. The quoted price was reasonable and the final price upon completion was even lower. These are folks who know their business and do it exceptionally well.

These guys are amazing! First I got caught in a thunderstorm and was an hour late. The guys waited for me without hesitation and were so polite about it. Then being the last job of the day I know they were tired and ready to go home after staying late for me, but they were still so friendly, polite, and most importantly they took their time to be careful with my stuff. They treated my things like they were theirs. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Best decision I made during this move hands down.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Phoenix Moving! I used them for a local household move to pack and move me. I had so many items damaged and broken. The biggest item was my refrigerator , it was severely damaged. I reached out to Noah, the owner, and he has completely ghosted me when I asked about filing a claim. This is the most unprofessional moving company I’ve worked with. I have moved 9 times in my life cross-country and never had this type of damage and/or lack of communication. Please look elsewhere for your packing and moving needs. Update: The response from this company is absolutely false. They in no way tried to reach out to me to discuss the claim. They had all my contact information and after I sent multiple texts, emails and phone calls I finally gave up. They claim the damage was not from the move, that too is false. I have my own before and after pics that prove it was damaged during the move. As I stated, I moved 9 times and I know how to prepare for a pack and move. What to take inventory of, what to take pictures of etc. This response is purely trying to hide their at-fault poor review.

I called a couple places last minute (like the day of my move), and these guys were the only ones who even answered the phone. I needed help with large items like washer/dryer, beds, etc.. They were here within 30 minutes, and finished within an hour! These guys were focused, quick, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys are great! Helped me get furniture moved from one rental to the other! And if you know anything about moving or are like me I’m gonna scuff a wall a few times! Not one time did the crew touch a wall! Great people great attitude!
