The Patterson Painting Company recently completed a 4 room interior painting job at my residence. The job required 5 days of work…8 am to 4 pm each day. Patterson is, quite simply, one of the very best contractor services I've ever had the pleasure to work with. The experience began with Eric Blair, who provided a friendly, quick, thorough, and (most importantly) accurate estimate for painting services to be provided. Highest praise goes to the two man painting team…Nick Hayes and Charles Smith. These guys were absolutely amazing. They were consummate professionals, courteous to the highest degree. Any question from the homeowner was immediately answered, any requested adjustment immediately made. Nick and Charles were prompt every day of this project…reliable as a swiss watch. Their work quality was beynd my expectations…absolutely superb. I'll have additional painting needs in the foreseeable future. Guarantee I'll head to Phillip Patterson Painting. You should too.

I have engaged Phillip Patterson Painters for 2 different jobs. Although the jobs were years apart the excellent quality has been consistent. My latest job was for challenging interior work including many doorways, a stairway wall and intricate spaces. Their work was meticulous. In addition to the professional work quality, both the supervisor Antwon and his co-worker Jeanie were friendly and a pleasure to have in my home.

We have had three crews from Phillip Patterson Painting to do inside painting, outside painting and some carpentry work in 2023. In every case the estimates were clear and the team leaders (Charlie and Bill, and the spring team) were professional, accommodating and pleasant to have around. Jason supervised each crew which added assurance that the job was completed expertly. They were cheerfully willing to do anything we requested. They told us when they would be here, what they would do and when they would finish, and they were true to their word every time. This company is not cheap, but they provide excellent value with top quality work. We will call them whenever we need painting work, and we recommend them wholeheartedly.

UPDATE 9/23: Based on the success of the interior job reviewed below, we contracted them to do exterior painting and exterior carpentry work after major window replacement. The carpentry involved repairing wood and millwork that was decayed by moisture and water infiltration. The result was better than new. The final appearance exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them for this type of work. Spring 2023- We were absolutely impressed with Patterson. Ours was a sizable job. Four rooms and a foyer with an 18ft. ceiling, all with crown molding. In addition, there was some drywall patching needed. My biggest concern was finding a contractor with integrity who could do the job with skill and reliability. Patterson didn’t disappoint. Eric provided a detailed quote including all deliverables and expectations. Troy arrived on day-one and reviewed all quote details. As work began Troy and his crew were punctual every day. At quitting time they cleaned up as if they’d never been there. Great care was taken to protect furniture, floors and carpet. No up-front payment was required. They said we would pay when we were completely satisfied with the job. Not a problem. We were completely satisfied! We will use them again in the future.

Phil provided the bid for the job. He explained the costs associated with the exterior painting. Charlie Miller and his crew did the painting. Professional and on time. We realized we hadn't chosen colors for the door and deck staining, and Charlie helped with that. Worksite was clean. We're having them back for the next job - interior!!! Patterson painted all exterior wood trim and stained our deck. We hadn't had this done in several years so it was in bad shape. Also we have a 2-story house on a fall-away lot so some areas are more like 3 stories. Our foreman was Antwon. The crew had to deal with temps in the 90s and occasional tropical downpours. Antwon kept us informed daily on progress, what they were doing, and what was going to happen the next day. Very hard working guy and a leader. Crew was polite and professional and easy to get along with. Our next-door neighbor already asked if we would recommend Patterson and we said yes, highly!
