I've been taking my girls there since moving to Indiana over two years ago, they love Megan. Today, I showed up for our appointment, that I scheduled with Megan, to be told she was not there and I would have another groomer. Okay, they needed grooming. After 5 hours and 40 minutes my phone call came they were ready, I was already waiting in the store. When I asked about the long grooming time, I was told the groomer had 15 drop offs. So my appointment was secondary to drop off clients? Both dog's fir were still damp, not sure they had all the brushing I paid for, and they did not have the groomer I booked with. I won't be back. I'm sorry, Megan, you are awesome. Even the manager didn't offer any consideration, "Oh, yeah, they get busy!" I'm sure other groomers would appreciate my business.
It’s incredibly rude to turn away customers that arrive before the posted closing hours because you “feel like” cleaning early. We arrived about 35 minutes prior to closing.
I asked to speak to a manager, which caused the groomer to get frustrated and walk around all mad. Just silly. I waited about ten minutes for the manager named Grace, but she never showed up, so we just left. This is unbelievably bad customer service.
Reese is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help me get a deal that was not showing up at the register. She walked me through setting up the app, and after finding out the deal wasn’t on the app either, she took the initiative to manually apply the discount at the register. I really appreciate her taking the time and empathy to help me save money. Love this store EVEN MORE now!
I recently took my dog to PetSmart for grooming, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the result. I asked for a clean, even cut, but instead, my dog came out looking patchy and uneven. There are visible bald spots, some areas were cut way too short, and others were left much longer. It really doesn’t look like a professional grooming job. I expected much better from a place like PetSmart. I hope they can improve the quality of their grooming services, as this was not what I paid for.
