I’ve ordered six yard signs from Personal Creations. The three I ordered individually were great - bright colors, came quickly, exactly what was advertised. However, this last order had three yard signs ordered together. I forgot to put in the 40% off coupon code. The shipment was delayed a couple days, the yard signs came in washed out in color. The gold came out brownish yellow on all of the signs. The orange came out very washed out. When I contacted Personal Creations, they offered either a full refund if I returned the product, a reprint if I returned the product (I need these in two days so that wouldn’t work), or a partial refund. On an $89 order, they gave me $17 back - and told me it was a 20% discount. I placed my order on May 8th and finally received it on May 20th. I am deleting the app and will design my own on Canva and order through Canva from now on. I am very disappointed in the quality and the customer service today.

I ordered my sons high school graduation big head and ordered 10 of the 12 x 18. The size I received was less than a 10 x 10. I contacted them and was chatting with the AI chat and shared a photo with the measuring tape showing the size. The Chat shared that they would reprint and ship them out asap, but I would need to speak with a live representative first. I waited and no representative ever joined. The next day I contacted customer service ans was told that the size I received was "acceptable because the description states that it is UP TO 12 x 18. Not that it would be that size." So they will not replace them. I told the representative that it was misrepresentation and I will not ever place another order with them again. I recommend going with another company and not this one for graduation big heads. There was no remorse and no apologies. I would not recommend. Now I have to spend more money to purchase more from a more reputable company that stands by their product descriptions.

Disappointing! CSR will not resolve any issues you have. I received 2 items that were faded. I do not recommend this company. Agent We are sorry to hear about this but regrettably, our quality team will need proof of the order if it is a quality issue so that it goes to proper review. Agent We understand, however, whenever we raise this kind of concerns, we will need to send them snapshots as proof of the issue and we can request a return for a refund. Agent Again, we really are sorry if you feel this way.

Terrible first experience. I admit, I made a mistake, realized it as I submitted the order. Would have canceled entire order, but spoke to someone on chat, they assured me the change was noted. Got the banner, and it was wrong. Contacted support again, and they tried to charge me again. Would not recommend.

Avoid at all costs. They don't meet expected shipping dates, can't find products and take forever to refund a purchase. Agents were useless in trying to assist in finding my order and now 3 kids are left without gifts. Buy elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. I asked to purchase a replacement name plate for the take anywhere chair. They told me that I would need to purchase an entire other chair. Why is the nameplate Velcro and removable then? This company is incredibly wasteful and not helpful at all.

Shipping is a nightmare. They should not use Amazon shipping. I ordered January 30th and it’s February 11th and I still haven’t received my package. I will never order from them again. Horrible customer service.

I received a tribute to my mom from someone as a gift. The wrong date is printed and I called customer service instead of the gift giver to avoid an awkward conversation and Personal Creations said it was given to them incorrectly and they could not or would not fix it. She seemed to be reading from a script. It was upsetting because the gift was in reference to the loss of my mom and the individual on the phone showed to empathy to the situation. I am a huge customer service person and wish they responded differently.

I purchased coffee mugs and the color quality was terrible. The color in the cups in their advertisements looked nothing like what I received. They were unwilling to replace the cups stating that the color could not be made darker. I would never purchase anything from this company again.

I haven't received my item yet, so this review is not on what I purchased. I am reviewing what I perceive to be deliberately misleading information on the website related to shipping. The photo attached appears that standard shipping is $0 and faster deliveries are additional charges. However, I was charged $10 (9.99) for standard delivery.
