Shipping is a nightmare. They should not use Amazon shipping. I ordered January 30th and it’s February 11th and I still haven’t received my package. I will never order from them again. Horrible customer service.

I received a tribute to my mom from someone as a gift. The wrong date is printed and I called customer service instead of the gift giver to avoid an awkward conversation and Personal Creations said it was given to them incorrectly and they could not or would not fix it. She seemed to be reading from a script. It was upsetting because the gift was in reference to the loss of my mom and the individual on the phone showed to empathy to the situation. I am a huge customer service person and wish they responded differently.
I purchased coffee mugs and the color quality was terrible. The color in the cups in their advertisements looked nothing like what I received. They were unwilling to replace the cups stating that the color could not be made darker. I would never purchase anything from this company again.
I haven't received my item yet, so this review is not on what I purchased. I am reviewing what I perceive to be deliberately misleading information on the website related to shipping. The photo attached appears that standard shipping is $0 and faster deliveries are additional charges. However, I was charged $10 (9.99) for standard delivery.
Made a small order. On the page of the item I ordered it said delivery by Wednesday 12/17. So I placed the order and it didn’t arrive until Friday 12/19. I needed them for Thursday 12/18. Now this order is completely useless and I paid extra to have them shipped quick. I will never order here again.

The items purchased were very nice. The thing you need to watch is the shipping. On two separate orders over Christmas, increased the shipping cost to an increased amount from what we chose. The orders were a month apart, yet this still occurred. Made me wonder how many people this may have happened to that didn't catch it.

This is where I order all my personalized stockings. Every single one of them has come from Personal Creations. Customer service is great, and I love the quality of all the stockings I have purchased. I received the last two stockings for the new grandbabies quickly, and they're already up on my wall. I will continue to order from them in the future.
