Excellent Product Priced Competitively. Good people.

I am so happy I found Permanent Window Solutions and had them install 11 windows and 1 door. Everyone from John the salesman, the office staff and the 2 fellows who did the installation were professional and did an impeccable job. The installation went so smoothly, they were friendly, you’d never know there was work going on they were so clean and tidy. I love my new windows and door.

This company installed 35 windows, blinds and doors in our home. The customer service was wonderful and the German engineering of these windows and doors is fantastic. We are more than happy with this product and love them. The workmanship and cleanliness on the job was fantastic thanks to Temur and Artem for your hard work…Great job!! The price was more than fair, the workmanship was great and no surprises or extra charges were applied. Thanks to Brenda for your up-front honesty and knowing your product. Our family had such a poor experience with Brenda in the end. She’s so nice at first, but she can turn sour real quick before you’re “dead to her” (as she said) because you take too long to make a decision. This is really too bad, we were looking forward to these European style windows, but I guess we’ve been forced to “take our business elsewhere”, just like she told us to :( Can’t believe her! We just needed time to think and compare to non-European windows. Update: the company responded saying I’ve never received a quote. My husband and I have different surnames, and the quote was under his name. Funny that they wouldn’t even address my concerns above but rather just say they haven’t done business with me/us.

My old deck doors failed due to wind driven rain so I knew the installation of new doors, purchased from Permanent Windows Solutions, would be a difficult task. The fellows who did the work were amazing. They really knew their business and worked like machines until the install was complete. I am confident that no water will ever leak in again.

I would like to use this platform to let people who are in the market to purchase or install windows that Permanent Window Solutions is one of the best for both products and expertise of installation. When I went shopping for windows years ago, I started with calling the manufactures of windows to get an understanding of the design, materials and build quality. Having been in the construction industry for most of my adult life, I have painstaking learned what works for me. As a hobby finishing carpenter, I have become increasing more demanding on my own expertise. When I have to pay for something that I can do myself, my expectations are considerably greater. Yes I finish windows and doors, but for me to do 22 of them in my house, well lets say my time isn't one I'm willing to compromise. Permanent Window Solutions (P.W.S.) worked with me by allowing me to source and finish all the solid oak casings and jambs along with the oak plywood needed as well. This was a huge task that took me 2 months to complete. Sanding, staining, and 2 coats of varathane was required on all materials used for the inside finish. When P.W.S showed up in the month we had set 5 months ago, they worked tirelessly for 7 days, (weekends off). They were working long hours to complete the job as quickly as they could to minimize the disruption this kind of renovation requires. Yes there will be unavoidable dust from the grinding of the old window frames (our siding is stucco), from opened doors and rough window openings exposing the home to the outside elements for a short period of time. But they minimize this disruption by cleaning up at the end of each day. The end result exceeded my expectations of my promise to my wife that each window will be a picture upon itself. If you are serious about installing new windows and doors, I have spoken to P.W.S. about using me as a reference to answer some of your questions. If you live in the Calgary area, perhaps a site visit could be arranged. Good luck with your renovation project and I sincerely hope for your benefit you get a quote from this company.

Got 5 tilt and turn windows installed in our basement for a great price. Thebest part was they had what we needed in stock and were able to get them done quickly. Beautiful windows that operate smoothly. The guys that did the installation were very good and left no mess. Big thanks to the representative John for going above and beyond and making sure the small kinks were ironed out in a timely manner and kept us in the loop. Would definitely recommend. Got 6 basement installed, they worked hard and quick. One window was under the deck which I knew would be tough to work on but they took their time and installed all windows correctly. Would defiantly recommend them.
