Do not use. They have damaged several pieces of indoor and outdoor furniture and in places the fabric of our new home. I deliver unwanted items to the tip with more care than was shown to our belongings during the move. Totally unprofessional in every area - except when quoting and invoicing you!

Used these to move from Lincolnshire to County Durham, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Damage to a painting, broken chest of drawers, broken plastic boxes, sofa cushion looked like it had been chucked around had grease on it, damage to bed frame, damage to bureau, hose pipe handle clips missing, shoe rack broken. They turned up in a van which wasn't big enough the people buying our house used them as well so they went off twice to them and in the end they had to move our buyers in with some of our furniture still there so they could use one of their vans. Then they decided to unload all my goods into an articulated lorry with obvious no care involved. Arrived the next day and the lorry got bogged on the on the verge and pushed the paving slabs up, informed our council so it is an insurance job. The men moving us were always on the phone caught one of them looking in some drawers. Driver told me he had informed Melissa about all the problems but when I rang and got Ben he said he didn't know anything and I should send pictures and they would come and see them. Do your self a favour and avoid these idiots like the plague. If you want a decent removal company don't look at this one

Sadly discovered after a horrendous move (main lorry broke down, no tail gate on the replacement to load sofas heavy furniture and baby grand piano, Luton vans broke down finally loaded all our property by 10.15PM) that lots of our garden plants have not arrived (which we didn’t realise for months due to the time of year and stress of the move)including A large camellia that my father had got for me years ago (which had previously moved house with me 3 times)who has very sadly since the move died. Baby grand piano got badly scratched and the hinges to the lid got broken. Men worked very hard BUT NOT PROFESSIONAL- AVOID!!!! I since believe casual labour.

Can't really fault the service at all. Prior to the move I was often emailing the office as the move dates were forever changing, the office team always replied within 24hrs and were very helpful, showing great understanding and flexibility. The move team, 3 men and 3 vans all arrived within the stated time slot. These 3 men worked tirelessly all day, they were all very polite and easy to have a chat with along the way. The team also un-plummed and re-plummed my white goods as well as dismantling and rebuilding our beds. I give full credit to how hard they worked during the day, certainly a great team effort.

Used them to move houses a week ago. Got a qoute to move posessions from point A to B (storage) and then C. When moving from point B (storage) to C was charged again same amount even when first qoute had all inclusive. Ended up paying nearly £1300 (took 2hrs to remove all stuff to send to storage and an hour to offload everything into new home) needed 10 days of storage. Furniture such as coffee table, cabinets got damaged (scratches and dents on the legs) and mattress ripped as they moved it upstairs. Had canister of pertrol for lawn mower which got damaged during transit, and my corned sofa stinks petrol now. 2 guys who did the moving job were very helpfull and professional, can't blame them, however £1300 for roughly 3hrs job and 10 days of storage - poor value for money, considering damaged furniture on the top. I would not hire same company in future. There are many competitors out there who can offer better protection and better value for money overall.

Perfect move moved us from Wisbech to Clacton on Sea on 22/09/22. They seemed cheery enough even though they turned up well past the time we were told to expect them. Things went along OK until we arrived at our new address. They were nowhere to be seen. About 30 minutes later they turned up and started unloading. We began to find damaged items, the worst being a new Dinning table which they had damaged around the edge. It looked like they had stood it down on gravel or something as it was chipped in several places. One of the table’s feet had a large gouge in it and paint missing. Our fridge freezer was dented in two places but they said it was already like that….then said sorry and took photos. We contacted the office and sent photos but they only came back to say if we had the table repaired they would pay the invoice. Well, we could not find anyone to do the job and doubted it would get paid anyway. We then asked again for compensation, and in the mean time had found several other breakages, including a mirror, several valuable plants and garden pots. We have referred the matter to resolver. Recommend, not to use them. It is now three weeks since our move and we are still trying to get reasonable compensation from this awful company. We are using resolver to try to get compensation but perfect move now say that the items where already damaged befor the move….what a totally awful company. Now 24th October and gone through resolver but Perfect Move not willing to give us any compensation. Will not give up and go to ombudsman next………But, can’t get ombudsman to take up case as PM are not a member of the guild of removers and storers….be warned. Still stalling and clearly not really interested. No compensation offer. What a terrible company.

Ryan and his team recently moved us from Spalding to Hampshire. They worked tirelessly two very long days and nothing was too much trouble. They provided extra boxes and wrapping and remained good natured despite hours of heavy lifting and careful removing of contents of house and garage and sheds. Not to mention a long drive the next day only to unload it all. They were courteous and really nice team who worked so hard to make sure our move went as smoothly as possible. It is very hard and potentially stressful work but they handled it calmly and professionally.
