I've tried twice in the last 2 years to contact these guys about different Toro Equipment and they do not answer their website "contact us" forms. I'm going to let Toro know but maybe these guys don't deal with Toro like their website says. The tractor place up in Brisbane answers their emails and contact forms for equipment within the hour I fine so if you are in Georgetown just deal with the place on 124 and Trafalgar for equipment.

As a professional landscape contractor I know a good supplier from a weak supplier. We have used Peel several times recently as we are doing some projects out their way. The staff is always kind and friendly and never once have we walked away disappointed. We have also used the small engine repair shop and had a rental tamper in both cases five star service. We will be using Peel anytime we are in the area!

Received fantastic service and assistance from Cameron and Curtis in the yard, and Ashley and Kiera at the desk. Ashley let us know about a superior product for our project, and the fellas helped us hand bomb flagstone as my wife was recovering from a broken wrist. Every time we go service is friendly and staff are helpful, always have what we need in stock!

They terrible sold us the the oil for auger, told if not used bring it back and without using brought back for return but claimed it is final sale .. total ;14.68$ .. think how much they value for their clients.. keep away look for alternatives for peace of mind …

I've dealt with many builder/landscape supply stores, and this one definitely stands out from the rest as a result of their employees.
They really are miles ahead of the competition.
If I could leave another review, I definitely would.

Great job guys. I understand that today is the Saturday of a holiday weekend and some businesses close on the Saturday. However today is not the holiday. Show up this morning to get mulch - closed. No signs, nothing on your website and not message on your phone line (not even an auto answer system). As a retail business you need to do better to inform your customers.

I've been dealing with Peel for a number of years now and I have never been disappointed. The mechanic, Cliff, always gives me personal calls about the status of my machines and is always professional. On the occasional times I have to order other materials, Ashley has always been super helpful and John has always helped me with my Stihl questions. Highly recommend!!

Don't deal with these people, as all they're thinking - green bills/ money - whatever they can get by ripping-off people!!
- I dropped them Echo blower to fix - as a small engine little job - to replace ball primer (made of silicone) which cost pennies. They took $45 (non-refundable) to look at it, and because of one small screw was also missing there, Cliff - the technician called me saying he has to replace the carburetor?? at $217.00 cost.!
The machine works fine, and I just recently replaced that carburetor. All I needed to replace was the silicone ball primer. So I took it to another place and they replaced the ball primer at $30 including labor!
- mr. Cliff - mechanic is a Scammer, and the manager there seems to be the same, as all they think is how to rip-off customers!! They Both think people are 'stupid'
I bought some products from this place before - such as garden soil, but it happened to be top soil when delivered- very bad quality, hard clay! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM, NOR DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!!
