I recently hired Peachtree Home Inspectors to conduct a pre-listing inspection on a home I'll be putting on the market in the coming weeks, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. They showed up on time, were thorough without being excessive, and caught everything that mattered. As a licensed real estate agent with over 35 years of experience, I know what a quality inspection looks like — and this was it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Love this company. So professional, helpful and their system is impressive. They provided an exact process and it was executed as described.
The pricing was a fraction of what I was quoted from other companies. Which was helpful as well as a breath of fresh air. I will be using them again for sure.

I would highly recommend using this company. I called on short notice and they sent Chris Hunter out the next day, Chris was at the house early and made sure he went over every spot in the house and answered any questions I had to the best ability.

I am a local real estate agent in Ga and I had a buyer who used this company to do there home inspection. Inspector never inspected H-Vac system and once closed on the home buyer found out that one of the units was rusted and not working. Buyer reached out to the company and they told them to call inspector.
Inspector would not return my emails, texts, or calls. The same goes for my buyer. They have completely ghosted us.
I would not recommend them to any of my clients.

First of all, Hitch, the owner, answered right away and spent time with me going over the process & his history, versus other companies that just have scheduling reps repeating their script, so-to-speak. Joey, the inspector, was very professional with just the right blend of courtesy and customer interaction. He was nice, informative, and thorough and made it an extremely comfortable experience for me. Peach State was able to adhere to my needs regarding when to schedule. Other companies tried to dictate when they could do it only. All in all, I highly recommend!

Peach State Home Inspections (and especially Hitch) were so incredibly responsive and transparent with their pricing for our Church. I liked how they posted their prices based on square footage on their website. The inspections, including mold, were accomplished in a timely and professional manner. They delivered the thorough reports when promised. I am so pleased with Peach State Home Inspections and highly recommend them!
I contacted 2 other inspection companies and felt that I was an inconsequential (too small of a) project or the costs were quite a bit higher but even when they “offered” a lower rate, prices were still higher.

We used Hitch and his team to inspect our first home before we bought it. He was quick to answer the phone, answered any questions I had, and although his pricing is lower than other inspectors we talked to, the service was incredibly in-depth. We got our inspection report back same day, and he called us immediately when he got the results from our Radon test (takes 48 hours.) Highly recommend their services especially with such good prices.

I find this company to be unethical. After inquiring about their services, before I could even read the contract, they charged my credit card without my authorization. I find this company to be unethical and I would not recommend anyone to use their unprofessional service. I'm currently seeking legal recourse against Peach State Home Inspection. Peach State charged me $550 for a "Picture" of a one page document, which is unreadable.
Mr. Hitch is who I was dealing with and he is not a man of his word.
