Warranty Denied Terrible experiences with the customer service and jewellery. I bought the Rodeo slide necklace, wore it 5 times and it broke in my hands whilst adjusting the length of the necklace. Jose the customer service agent informed me they had a 3 year warranty so I was stoked and submitted my claim- it was rejected saying the fault was not caused by a manufacturing defect. I submitted again and it was rejected again. I NEVER write reviews for things but this has peeved me off sincerely and I want to warn people of ordering from Them. This is my 3rd email Below that just got rejected also, again by Jose the AI. I have since asked 2 questions 1. Under what Circumstance is a warranty granted. Please provide clear and specific example. 2. Requesting to know how much pressure the chain is designed to withstand when pulling the strands. I intend to continue to fight this until the very end as as I don’t believe it is ethical. Hi PDPaola. I recently submitted to have my piece exchanged as it broke. My request was denied, twice. I submitted a second time hoping to explain the scenario but was once again met with a generic email saying chain breakage does not adhere to warranty rules. I truely believe that you have taken the easy road out with this, whether it is AI that views the images I am unsure. You have 1.6million follows so I imagine a jewellery ‘exchange’ for a faulty item should not cost you much. I am still going to write to you to explain myself further. I truely believe the Rodeo necklace I received had a manufacturing defect as it broke in my hand without any excessive force. I was simply changing the length of the necklace using the ‘pulley’ system in order to adjust the look and desired length / placement of the middle ‘slide’ piece. The chain broke in my hands at a very strange point on the necklace. I take very good care of my jewellery, it lives in the pouches you provide, as do the earrings I bought at the same time ( in separate pouches to confirm ). The earring have not had any defects thus far. The fact that this necklace has only been worn 5 times as I had been saving it for special occasions/ waiting to use it in a photoshoot for my brand makes me believe it is indeed a manufacturing defect. The necklace I wear daily is made by Karen Walker, Also sterling silver and I have worn it day in day out for almost 15 years. For the cost of $150 it has truly withstood the test of time. I was hoping your Rodeo necklace would do the same. In your instagram video you show this necklace being worn by a cat dragging on the floor. This gives me the impression the necklace would be rather durable. You Also show this necklace ‘pulling’ certain objects and things together for example human hair, a horse shoe, spaghetti and a pair of jeans, being pulled multiple times over. You also show this necklace being pulled with a very reasonable amount of force around someone’s leg, as well as up to the collar of a shirt. The movements depicted by the video would make me believe the necklace can withstand a human pulling on the strands in order to adjust the size of the necklace; to do exactly what the necklace is designed and intended to do. With a cost of $250 And After 5 wears, you would assume your necklace would not break sporadically in your hands. Your brand is cool and I believe you would also want your products to have longevity, rather than receiving continuous claims and a bad reputation. I have read several threads of people with similar issues regarding your jewellery that will now never purchase from you again as they have been unreasonably denied the warranty. If I was wanting a refund for my piece, I may understand that you think I am not telling the truth….but that fact is, I want the necklace because I love it, and I am willing to give the brand another chance to win me over. I understand you probably do not care about 1 person out of your 1.6million followers fighting to make a claim, however I wouldn’t be doing it if I thought I was in the wrong. I make $1000 furfelt hats, so I believe in craftsmanship and true quality. If a client had a defect with my hats I would be sure to fix it immediately because that is the service I’m Providing and the guarantee to my consumer. It is a real Shame to think that people are receiving defective jewellery, and it is more of a deception for you to say there is a 3 year warranty - as it appears to be very unattainable. If your statistics show that majority of your consumers have NOT had an issues with the purchases then maybe the ones that are having issues are telling the truth. I urge you to take another look at my claim. It saddens me that I might end up with $200 down the drain, a broken necklace and a bad taste in my mouth regarding your brand. It goes without saying that if this claim is not looked at in full, I would never be purchasing from Your brand again in fear that the same thing would happen. Disappointing quality and service The stores may look promising with their global presence, but they seem to operate independently, which complicates customer service. I bought a necklace, and the clasp broke in under three months. Despite the supposed three-year warranty, they refused to cover it. Their customer service left much to be desired, and I regret not checking other reviews beforehand, as poor quality and service seem to be common complaints.

Collana indecente, rotta dopo pochi giorni e non sostituita Ho effettuato un regalo di laurea, una collana che sapevo sarebbe stata apprezzata. Dopo pochi giorni sono stata informata che la collana si era inspiegabilmente rotta mentre era indossata. Ho visto la collana il giorno successivo e mi stupisco che non si sia rotta prima. In pratica sotto le perle c'è semplicemente un filo di stoffa, non una catenina o un supporto robusto, ma un filo che sembrava da sarta. Una lenza sarebbe stata più dignitosa. Il servizio clienti sostiene che non si tratta di un difetto di fabbricazione e che l'articolo non può essere sostituito. Per il prezzo pagato ritengo l'articolo indecente e l'assistenza non adeguata. Sono rammaricata per aver fatto un regalo del genere

All my earrings broke in less than a year, it's ridiculous Bought 3 earrings from them, all broke in less than a year, and they didn't do anything about it. Even though it is very expensive and advertised as high craftsmanship, all items deteriorated and broke in less than a year. You can see residues of glue on the long ones, and how it just slipped out of the hanger on the small one. I have contacted customer service online and in person, they did not help me and told me that even though the pieces are described as guaranteed for 3 years, they are actually not. No refund, no repair, no discount, no exchange, nothing. Very disapointing.

Disappointing customer service The business is not interested in resolving the issues related to their delivery partner. Even without proof of delivery and a valid signature or ID, they can not be bothered by the undelivered items. I lost over 200 euros because they do not see themselves as responsible for their delivery partner and are uninterested in whether their goods will ever reach their customer. Outrageous!

Gift card instead of money I bought a necklace which was defekt. Wanted an exchange but what they do. They delayed the whole process and cancelled the return order and gave me a gift card. I needed the money back but they said it's not possible. How is it not possible when I was not the one at fault. I'm stucked with a gift card. What kind of a company is this. Anyone should be careful when buying something from them.

Pessimo servizio mancanza di confezioni Approfittato del Black Friday per acquistare regali Natale, scelgo 4 articoli diversi ovviamente per donarli a 4 persone diverse, premetto che si tratta di collane con iniziale e quindi ovviamente 4 lettere differenti ? Quando apro il pacco mi ritrovo unica scatola con dentro tutt’e 4 gli articoli ordinati! Scrivo per protestare e mi viene risposto che per la loro politica dí risparmio riuniscono tutto nel più piccolo spazio e che se era un regalo lo avrei dovuto segnalare in fase d’ordine! Nonostante la mia richiesta di ricevere l’imballo separato per ogni articolo mi è stata solo offerta la possibilità di acquistare ancora con uno sconto del 10% ! While the jewelry looks nice, the quality is questionable, and the company takes no responsibility when issues arise. I purchased a €700 gold ring with diamonds, and after just one year, the diamonds started falling out. Instead of taking care of the issue, they refused to help and even asked me to pay for the return delivery myself.
     
Use "3 warranty" description to fraud people It would actually be 0 stars if possible. I bought the necklace with the J initial surrounded by colourful stones. The necklace was cared for EXACTLY like described in the care guide. It has never been in contact with water or perfume or any type of cosmetic. However, the necklace still lost 4 stones already, ALL WHILE UNDER WARRANTY. They refuse to replace it and say it is not a manufacturing defect, although you couldn't have a more exact definition of a manufacturing defect. They basically accuse me of ruining it, instead of taking responsibility for the product they sale. It is cheap, of poor quality, and they hide behind the term "3 years warranty", which they will refuse to apply when you make your claim. Horrible customer service, deceitful and dishonest use of the warranty clause, and nothing more than frauds.

Non comprate Il mio ragazzo mi ha regalato un paio di orecchini ARGENTO 925 placcati oro 18k per la modica cifra di 89€. Messi due o tre volte e messi poi nel cassetto li ritrovo dopo 1 mese totalmente ossidati e immettibili. Sul sito parlando di cura dei gioielli del brand: non farti la doccia, non sudore, non mettere il profumo. Se fossero davvero argento placcati oro non ci sarebbe bisogno di fare queste specifiche… mai successa una cosa del genere nemmeno con l’acciaio!!!!! Chiesto il rimborso ovviamente lo rifiutano riferendo che non è un problema di fabbricazione. Specifico che comunque non ci ho fatto la doccia nè altro. Comprerò mai più!!!!!!!

Strongly advise against buying from them I give this company 1 at a push and that is only because all of the many many pieces of jewellery I have are lovely however their customer service alone meansI will never ever buy from them again. It is simply not worth it. I have been battling with them now for 3 months, I bought a ring from them in store when on holiday and a few weeks later it broke. They came across very helpful, giving off the impression it would all be sorted in no time. Not the case. Every email is either wrote through A.I. meaning for the past 3 months I have had to repeat myself over and over and over again OR they simply do not understand/care what you're saying. It is no exaggeration to say that my issue would have been a very very simply fix, send out a new ring. They instead are choosing to keep me stringing along blaming 'technical issues shipping to my address'. I have ordered (separately) 2 necklaces, 3 rings and 3 sets of earrings to my home address previously and never had an issue. After requesting for a phone number to talk to somebody around 4 times with no luck and requesting to speak to a manager around 5 times to which I was just ignored and sent a lengthy A.I response about how important my issue was to them and how they would let me know when it was resolved, I have reported them to trading standards and had the item sent to a family members address who lives overseas and I am then going to have to pay to have it shipped here. Absolutely ridiculous. Incredibly disappointing to be such an awful awful experience.
